WOW I absolutely LOVE Camerich!! This was my first order, I ordered the bell mirror, time desk and soho swivel chair. I was so impressed with their service, their staff are so helpful and quick to reply, and the furniture installation was amazing. I bought these items for my new office and it’s elevated the room so much, it’s now my favourite room to be in! The furniture is so stylish and cool! Camerich is now my favourite furniture store. After this experience I’ll definitely be using them again, and I highly recommend them.

Just ordered some furniture from the Fulham and Chelsea branch and couldn’t be happier with the service i recieved . Carolina Ferreyra helped me pick the right fabrics for the beds and sofa and I really felt she went out of her way to help me as I was pretty clueless with what fabric would work in my house 🤦‍♂️

The service we received from the Camerich team in Swiss Cottage was outstanding. They could not have been more helpful from start to finish making our move so much less stressful. The quality of all the furniture is fantastic. We are absolutely thrilled.

We bought our Camerich" Freetown" sectional sofa some 9 years ago for our villa in Antigua and its been absolutely amazing and the centre piece of furniture of our villa!
Due to an accident we found ourselves needing some new covers, we called Camerich and they were just so helpful getting us a full replacement set made.
Unfortunately when they arrived, some of the new covers had a strange texture and slight colour variance.
We sent Camerich an email with photos and they immediately took full responsibility, apologising and set about getting us a full replacement set which we have now received and they are perfect in every way.
All the Camerich staff we have ever dealt with are all so professional, helpful and very friendly

I ordered a dining table and chairs and bar stools from Camerich which I love! I was hugely impressed with Lexi who helped me with my order. The customer service was excellent and I was updated along the way. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend.

Sabrina is a pleasure to deal with and has supplied me with 3 gorgeous sofas to-date. The fabrics are hard wearing and great texture/colour.

We loved the Camerich range of sofas but needed one quickly for guests arriving at the weekend. We spoke with Ishraq Abdulhussein who sourced the sofa we loved, a Lazytime 4 seater plus with a choice of 3 fabrics that could be delivered in 2 days. Great customer service. Well done.

She went over and above duty to make me feel comfortable help me choose flexible options to be honest she was one of the reasons I went to that shop the kind of service that was given. Looking forward to doing business with her again.

I recently bought a couch from Camerich and was immediately delighted by their furniture loan service. As a first-time homeowner, I am furnishing my property completely from scratch and the months-long production time estimates for upholstery were getting frustrating. I didn’t want to just watch TV on the floor for 2 whole months but also didn't want to settle for something rushed. Consultant Carolina Ferreyra assisted with the purchase and explained everything clearly before I even made these concerns known. Which is great as I had no idea loaning furniture was even a possibility I could enquire about. Overall the showroom experience was refreshingly hospitable after a long day of visiting furniture stores clearly geared more towards professional interior designers rather than regular consumers who may need a bit more assistance. When it comes to the couch I actually ended up buying, while I don't remember the model, it is a sleek and comfortable piece that is surprisingly affordable for how designer-ey it looks.

We are returning customers as having looked elsewhere we struggled to find the design, quality and value that Camerich offer.
The showroom is impressive and the quality and selection of the fabrics is second to none.
The delivery charge is very reasonable in comparison to other retailers and the delivery personnel really do take care.
As for the staff at your Tottenham Court Road branch, I have nothing but praise!
Nisya is particular, has been so patient with our indeciveness and is extremely professional and a credit to your company.
