Excellent service, flexibility through the whole proceess from offering ideas and options to rental package to reviewing on end of rental and being flexible on allowing to extend, return or purchase on favourable and fair terms over and above what was set out in contract. Great furniture and 5 star service
Was shown a lovely side table by Dereece Leigh-Gayle at TCR and he and the team were able to organise the ordering and delivery to Fulham branch for easy pick up. The side table (slice) is amazing and the shopping experience was top notch. Would highly recommend

Love our new crescent sofa
Love our new crescent sofa. Lexi from the West London showroom was particularly helpful in sending us fabric samples and keeping us up to date on timing of delivery. I knocked off one star as the delivery was delayed by a few weeks.

West End showroom visit
I went into Camerich's West End show room during their sale last week. It was busy, but I didn't have to wait long to be helped by their amazing team.
Nisya saw me looking a little lost and came to my aid, helping me pick a nice fabric for my bed. She was refreshingly honest, I loved having her opinion on different things. It was like shopping with an interior designer friend.
Ordering was easy, and the sale price was fantastic. This was my first Camerich experience, and it won't be my last.
My only complaint is that I wish it would come faster ;)

We had such a positive experience buying our sofa. The Camerich team are a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and keeping customers happy. Robyn Burns is an outstanding talent and together with Cemran Lagap worked through multiple iterations to provide us with a configuration and solution that met our needs. Great customer service
The staff at the Tottenham Court Road showroom have been very professional and helpful, particularly Steve and Lexi. Due to our indecision, we ended up buying the same sofa twice! Steve helped us with this process patiently, for which we’re very grateful. The sofa we bought is extremely comfortable, and looks great.

Fantastic service
I have recently purchased a 4 seater deep Easy Time sofa from Camerich on Tottenham Court Road and the service has been fantastic. Due to my own indecision, this process has taken a couple of months but the staff in store have been patient and helpful throughout. I initially dealt with Lola who was really helpful in talking me through the options and informing me that I could put down a refundable deposit during the sale and return to the same price when I'd made up my mind.
A few weeks passed and I returned to the store to be helped by Dereece, who was so lovely and helpful (and patient with my back and forth on colours and fabrics!). He helped me choose without being pushy and has reassured me through the whole process.
There is a long wait for these products at the moment, and so I have yet to receive my sofa but the customer service so far has been 5 star.

Excellent experience with Cemran at the Swiss Cottage store
Yesterday we went into the Swiss Cottage store as we wanted to look at TV units /sideboards and Cemran welcomed us. She was the perfect sales person, attentive, knowledgeable about the products in the store but also allowed space to discuss. We ended up buying a TV unit as well as a beautiful coffee table in Carrara marble. She was very efficient in processing the order which she followed up with an email. Would highly recommend Cemran as she was friendly and warm In her interactions with us.
