The experience that made it great is the items are well made. Super cute and collectible.
The company makes quality toys, the details of the keychain meets the photos they display on line .
I also love how the keychains vary in sizes , so far , I love the 17.5 - 18 cm keychains. They look good in purses and jeans. Yup! I hang them on my jeans waistline and it so fashion!

I purchased more than once and the quality of the product and communication with the seller is very good. The shipping takes quite long but the products are trustworthy.

They came well packaged and took about 3 weeks to receive. I'm in Tennessee, they are soo cute I got all 6 of them listed on the box! 1 of them has the liquid eyes! They also messaged me with tracking as soon as my order shipped. Overall a positive experience and would buy from again! A+++

I placed two separate orders. The first order-tracking indicates shipment was delivered, but it was not. The second order appears to be lost. I want a refund or my

Ordered a set of one of their plushy lines. Shipping was a bit longer than I wanted it to be, but it wasn't late. The items were packaged nicely and received in perfect condition.
Love the selection, and quality! I reached out to customer service for a question on shipping and they responded in less than 24 hours. They were very polite and professional in their email. I'll definitely be placing another order soon with them.

My experience with Calembou has been great! I recently won a giveaway and their after sales team was quick to get back to my inquires. The shipping is really fast, after they received my shipping information it was sent out the next day! It took a week to get to me (I’m from Canada). Overall this has been a wonderful experience and I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for blind boxes :)

UPDATE:
I changed my rating to a 4 star from 3, because they did stick to their word, they did do what they did promise. It was only the inconvenience of the wait because of the error in the order. But calembou immediately addressed the issue.And for that, they are a trustworthy company!

It took awhile to get my order and to my disappointment, one item, the Nommi fruit box set was doubled and I was missing the the Nommi loveliness box set. So I contacted customer service which they responded promptly and resolved the issue right away by offering to send the correct item and that I could keep or dispose the duplicate one that I already have. Which woukd have been great but then got back with me saying they have to put a halt in the shipment due to the tariff, which it will never change in this presidency. So I don't know why there has to be a halt. Im getting my other orders from other stores in China with no problem currently. We will see, once I get the replacement/correct order in a timely manner, then I will change my star review to a better rate... problem is not resolved yet till transaction is closed with the delivery of the correct item.

this was my first time ordering from Calembou and my overall experience was really positive! the order shipped out quickly, and when I encountered an issue with the order, they responded promptly and addressed my concerns. greatly recommended!

I do love the figures I got but what is up with the shipping? More specifically, how it was shipped. I’m glad I got all three of my blind boxes but using a single piece of cardboard and plastic wrap seems unsafe for the customer. Now everyone knows what I ordered and can easily steal it let alone how things could easily get damaged. If my package came in an actual shipping bag or box, it would have been five stars. The shipping did take forever but they are so CUTE. I love my Mimon and I want to buy more but I am concerned by how my package was shipped.

I had an issue with my order and they responded quick and resolved it without any additional hassle.
