UK customers be warned - return postage is to Canada so upwards of £20 just for a pair of slippers. Read the reviews below. I was so cross I battled, declined to return the slippers and was eventually refunded £12.60. I said I’d mention this in my review. In fairness the slippers are ok but have a horrible ‘Fashion’ logo across the front. Tried to gift them as suggested by customer service but can’t give them away. £30 lost. Avoid.

SCAM!! This website stole our PayPal account password and charged $699 to our credit card. Do not trust this website!! Don’t know if we’d ever get the shoes we ordered because we contacted our credit card to deny this purchase after we saw the other charge hit PayPal.

Very poor quality. So poor I would argue the items were not as described. Returns are to Canada so cost a fortune. They also want them tracked, which doubles the cost of returns.

Got a pair of dress shoes. They looked really nice. Wore them Sunday to church and the black shoes had white crease marks show up. Can't return them because I actually tried them out. 50 bucks down the drain but I guess it is a cheap lesson in the long run.

Huge delivery charge, poor customer service, not uk based but try’s to look like it is. Poor cheap looking quality. Wouldn’t buy again

I changed my mind about an order, so cancelled it. The team got back to me quickly and processed the refund quickly and I was paid back in full. If cancelling within 24h of order, seems smooth.

Avoid at all costs. UK delivery can only be returned to Canada at your expense (£14). The website presents as a UK site and there is no caveat to warn customers of the costs of returning. Customer service is also not good, suggested giving items as a gift instead.

Can't track my order. The invoice number is useless. Customer service for USA is a fax number. This sucks. 20178824

The products are the same you can find on Amazon. All made in China. So, products are decent. But, a big but, if you need to return it has to go to China or Canada and minimum to send is $24. So you better like the product.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Bought two pairs of water shoes for upcoming trip. We used THEIR size chart and the shoes that came were at least a full size and a half too big! Not to mention cheaply made and very uncomfortable. Upon request for return tag I was told they do not offer and they must be shipped back to either Canada or China, So... $$$ to return! Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee and that is NOT the case at all. I am 100% Unsatisfied and wish I had red these other reviews for purchasing.

Shoe manufactured incorrectly with hardened glue stick through the shoe and stabbing my foot. They won't cover return fees, making it financially unreasonable to return shoe.

Their website says returns/refunds are an option which I always check before I buy. But when I tried to ask to return they said I had to ship internationally to return! The cost of shipping shoes internationally is more than the cost of shoes. I reached out to customer service and they refused to work with me. I offered to pay a reasonable amount to shipping and just take a partial refund but they don’t care.

I really wish I had looked at these reviews before buying from Calceus. My experience is exactly as others describe. I thought I was buying from a UK based company and that they would be good quality slippers. Neither turn out to be true. To return them I have to spend a further £12.80 to send to Canada or China, with no guarantee that I will actually get a refund.

Like the majority of your respondents, I have been duped by this company. Allegedly selling from the UK they only accept returns to China or Canada. I contacted their customer service department concerning £40 slippers which didn’t fit. A reply suggested that I gave them to a friend! If I returned them, I had to pay return postage. I returned the slippers to Canada, which cost £14. A series of emails later says they can’t track them, so they can do nothing more. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Slippers didn't fit right. Not quite long enough amd too wide. Have to ship USPS back to Canada or China with tracking info which costs more than the item! Won't let you shift with FedEx or UPS.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor quality footwear.
I ordered the ankle high “snow boots”.
They look great, but are very uncomfortable and poorly made. I pulled out the insert (which offered almost zero cushioning) to find the inner sole is made of cardboard. Unfortunately I can’t return them without paying half of the purchase price for mailing cost to Canada from the US.
Guess I’m stuck with them, maybe as slippers, and if they last a month, I’ll be surprised.

AVIOD - Similar to the other feedback here this company is not reputable their products a low quality and they charge high prices. They also try and appear to be a uk company but when you ask for a refund the make it difficult, go against their refunds policy and also make you post back to China or Canada at your expense.
