TERRIBLE Attitude,

bare in mind the bell was rung like a brush like he was banking i wouldnt be in,i know this because i ran to let him in but decided to look out window ,and can see him about to get back in his van
loads of attitude
he old me i need to come downstairs,i said your late 3 days and realised he wanted me to carry the package upstairs,instead of prolonging the situation i had to carry package with the man as he pushes package ,causing damage to the box
i said hold on because your goin too fast,he kept saying what,WHAT,aggressive which infuriates me,
i wanted a bike but interms of service i get a late,rude aggressive fed ex driver with a bad attitude,
what happened to accountability
,lastly i went back downstairs for some letters and he couldnt even open the door,he was parked infront so he could see me gesturing why couldnt he close the door he just puts the shift in gear and drives off,i hope something is done about this,the whole ordeal was disgusting i absolutley hate these guys .in my work that just would not go on and would be dealt with and has been ,so how is this thing still hasppening,all these companies are so bad and seems to be allowed for the sake of money,nasty and @cadenceperformance i really think this needs investigation if your goin to use their service,they are dragging you along with them

Guys all I wanted to do is buy a bike.
Cadence performance is the store and for some reason the only payment that helps customers is the infamous PAYPAL
NOW KNOWING WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY.IT REMINDED WHY I LEFT IN FIRST PLACE.SIGNED UP ABOUT 3 TIMES.SENT IN CIRCLES.RESULTING IN PAYPAL REFUSING THE PAY IN THREE DEAL .THE Form once signed up then has a Cross running thru it saying not available but oh have a interest credit to get u in debt instead
I would report this to the authorities but UK and America understand their all in it together.id rather pay full.which is probably what cadence performance wants.im so disappointed and disgusted that u mix with such likes Says alot about the price points and no empathy for the state of things i.e price.i tried and like all your points that you and PayPal and all scummy businesses are not here for the customer anymore.i hope all this karma is making the way to those who smile at people in literal pain.so bad guys

I picked up my new bike today and had a brilliant experience from start to finish.

Tom helped guide me through the Cycle to Work scheme process and made everything really straightforward and stress-free. He was patient, clear, and made sure I understood each step.

Kaique then walked me through my new Defy Advanced 3. This type of bike is completely new to me, but he took the time to explain everything properly — from the components and gearing to general maintenance and setup. I really appreciated how thorough he was.

He even explained what to look out for when putting the bike inside the car… turns out you definitely can’t just throw it in the back! 😂 That extra advice shows they genuinely care about customers looking after their bikes long-term.

Overall, amazing service, knowledgeable staff, and a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great bike fit from Simon assisted by Sam at St Albans. Made some significant adjustments which is allowing to improve my form and get much more out of my cycling experience. Game-changing for me. I will definitely revisit the bike fit when i think the time is right. Thanks for the knowledgeable insights and guidance.

All the staff at Cadence are great. But a special mention to their mechanic Ed and bike fitter Sandro. Ed always goes above and beyond when servicing bikes. Really helpful, knowledgeable and after care is great. Happy to iron out issues post services. I highly recommend. Sandro is a great bike fitter - and really nice guy.

Ed both dissembled and re assembled my bike as I had the frame resprayed. His attention to detail and quality of his work was fantastic, he took great care and was fastidious.
I would highly recommend Cadence and Ed for bike servicing and a substantial task as this.

Great bike fit with Simon. Fit also required cutting an integrated seat stem (Giant TCR SL). Simon spent a lot of time getting the set-up right - and gave great feedback. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent bike fit experience with Sandro.
His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident from the start. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect bike fit, even arranging for my new small-sized frame bike to be swapped for a medium. This required a second session, which Sandro kindly accommodated.

Sandro's attention to detail was fantastic. He meticulously adjusted every aspect of my bike to ensure I have the best fit possible for my cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats. Thanks to Sandro, it made me feel really confident and comfortable on my bike.

I also want to extend a big thank you to Sandro's gorgeous whippet, who made the experience even more delightful. She was charming, incredibly calm, quiet, and patient throughout the entire process.

UPDATE: I had a very smooth ride on my LEJOG cycling adventure - the bike was just perfect and I'm so pleased I upgraded my saddle on Sandro's recommendation too.

My bike fitting was done at St. Pauls Giant showroom by Simon Jackson.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks for his professional help during my recent bike fitting session at Cadence Performance Cycling. The difference it has made to my ride experience is truly remarkable.

From the moment we identified and addressed the key pain points I had been struggling with, I noticed a dramatic improvement in both comfort and control. The adjustments we made, from optimizing my sitting position to ensuring proper shoe clipping, have transformed my rides completely. Climbing has become far smoother, and I now have much better control, making even the toughest sections feel more manageable.

What’s most remarkable is that all the nagging pains I had been dealing with have simply vanished. The session has not only made cycling far more enjoyable but also given me the confidence to push further, knowing my bike is set up just right for me.

very bad experience
I ordered a new gravel bike the model was a giant revolt advanced 3

I ordered it from a firm called cadence performance who are based in twickenham total cost was £1589

Bike arrived a few days later on the 2-5-24 was delighted at first with the bike but when it came to fitting seat post I came across what I now know to be a common problem.I couldn’t get the seat post to fit securely,and with much stress I decided to take it to a local bike shop for a service(which I do for every bike I buy online) and they have never come across this design and didn’t attempt to fix it

Anyway to cut a long story short I decided while I was on holiday that I needed to rectify the situation and emailed cadence performance asking for a full refund,I then had to hunt for a box from local bike shops pack it up print off labels for the bike to be returned.
Bike was returned on the 6-6-24 which then proceeded to be countless emails to and fro from cadence themselves claiming that the paintwork around seatpost was damaged and asking how this occurred,I then responded that I had no recollection of the damage.

Anyway I eventually accepted a refund of £1389 meaning I’m £200 down cause the stress and hassle of this experience was horrible and I just wanted closure on this I received my refund on 10-7-24 meaning cadence had my money for 69 days and in that time I still wasn’t able to use bike and had to return it etc

I urge people to stay clear of cadence performance and clear of the giant revolt advanced 3 gravel bike

I got my bike fitted at the St Albans branch.
Archie carried out some datum tests and results with me on my bike. Then made some adjustments and more tests over the appointment period. At the end of it I felt that much more comfortable on it.
After a few rides the results on comfort and how the bike feels is fantastic.
Archie was very professional and knowledgable. He was able to answer all my queries.

Had a bike fitting with Simon Jackson at the Giant Store in Twickenham, following the purchase of my first road bike. I’d ridden the bike for a few weeks and whilst I was loving my new bike I was having a few issues with discomfort.

Simon gave me a brilliant and very personalised bike fitting experience. Following the fitting, my lower back pain has reduced massively, and I have learnt how to correctly ride my bike.

I am now getting so much more enjoyment out of my new bike because of this fitting - would 100% recommend getting your bike fitting done with Cadence performance, and Simon in particular!

Entirely unprofessional outfit that misuse personal data to send emails that haven't been subscribed to.

Had a fit with Sandro, who is amazing. He looks to understand your body as well as the bike. So a full and frank investigation before the tech bit on the computer. Have to say that he made all the mods effortlessly while engaging in useful conversation about your aims, bike and upcoming rides. Most of all, he does not make changes or spend your money without good cause. Brilliant and worth every penny!
