Appalling Customer Service and Unacceptable Demands
I am absolutely shocked by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service I have received. They sent me the wrong item and then expected me to pay £30 for its return, despite it being located just a 5-min distance from their office!
It's unbelievable that they would try to shift the blame for their mistake onto the customer. I have been in business for many years and have never encountered such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, they seem unwilling to find a reasonable solution. This level of incompetence and indifference is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice.
