I ordered for my grandson a size 7 pair black Jordan’s they sent me a size 8 as you can imagine very dissapointed indeed . I rang them £1.50 charge on call and the man said I will book you a replacement and offered 20 per cent of next time said he send me a email and I had to send photo of them being returned to post office and receipt for return and a pair of size 7 would be sent . Well no pair arrived they refunded instead and no apology . And the emails he sent me were no reply so you couldn’t send the photos in at post office I did all they said straight away very inconsiderate poor service buyers be aware. Yes they refunded but not the point my grandson never recieved the trainers we ordered very dissapointed

Ordered Nike running shoes. Deliverd with UPS. after 4 days in Slovenia. Only delivery guy left shoes outside of door and nobody call me...

My son used tiempo football boots for less than 4 months and were unusable duo to the sole and the leather uppers coming apart at the toe. The shoe size is 3, and he weights 35 kg, so pressure applied to the shoes was very limited.

Nike would of replaced the boots had they been sold by them (but since they have very limited selection of sizes for juniors, it was not possible to purchase from Nike.co min the first place), but since they were sold by SportsDirect UK Nike would do nothing to help, seems rather silly to allow a retailer to worsen the product guarantee.

First issue, very poor quality to become unusable in less than four months. Secondly very poor customer service with a system that will reject your emails even when sent from the same computer/account.

I for one cannot afford to buy new boots every three months, so I will buy something else than Nike in the future.
