They saying 3-5 working days.. Unfortunately after 10 days still waiting for my parcel and I had to call the delivery many times which are not able to deliver anything!

Totally a scam!

Strange Experience - But successful in the end - I eventually got what I ordered. I ordered 2 Samsung SSD drives at a very good price on the 16th Jan 2020. The first one arrived from Austria !? on the 21st of Jan, and the paperwork stated that I had ordered 1 but was charged the full price. I questioned this on the Buzz message system they replied quite quickly and they said it was a mistake and the 2nd was on its way, after a few days they gave me a UPS tracking number. The second part of the order arrived on the 3rd Feb 2020. So it took a while, and there was a degree of anxiety but all ok in the end. Overall the experience I think was poor because of the mistakes and use of a third party in Austria to deliver what I had ordered from a UK company. "Average" would have been receiving everything I ordered within a 2-3 days - this was less than average hence 2 stars = poor.

brilliant company, very polite staff, had a slight issue with the delivery however it was resolved very promptly and professionally.

Excellent after sale service my faulty battery and charger was replaced free of charge promptly no questions asked.

Quick delivery, there was a slight problem with a small dent on the outer box but that was quickly resolved by the outstanding customer service. Thank you for the pleasant experience

Thanks to all the reviews saying how bad these guys are and how they use your info etc, really worried me about my purchase. But it turned up today..all genuine and 2 days before I was told it’d be here. Can’t fault these guys just yet, fantastic prices which I can’t find anywhere else. And No I don’t work for them 😂.
Also I can’t see how these guys would be allowed to keep trading if they’re under investigation like some people have clearly lied about. All in all, I’d buy from these guys again...don’t let some of the bad reviews on here put you off a potential bargain! It’s all rubbish what has been said...keep it up buzz retail and I’ll be back :)

I ordered a Lego creator set from Buzz-Retail, at a considerable saving on RRP. It arrived on time, and was a 100% genuine item. Overall my experience with Buzz Retail was very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I personally have had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered a ring doorbell in nickel color for a Christmas gift a month ago, it turned out the person already had one so the item has to be returned!

Jessica made the whole experience very smooth, parcel-force collected the item from my address and i was refunded once the parcel was delivered back to them.

I will certainty be using this company in many future purchases!

I am having a complete nightmare using Buzz Retail. I ordered a Christmas present on the 9th of December, and recieved a shipping notification on the 10th. It's now December 21st and I am still without my order... (an order over £80 - It is a lot of money!).

I have reached out to the Buzz Retail customer service department several times, each time I'm told my order will be "delivered today by the latest". They also tell me that they have requested the shipping details from DPD, but they (Buzz) have not provided these either. During the chain of messages they also informed me the shipping date was the 16th. One whole week after my order was placed, and several days after the confirmation of postage email on the 10th...

I have now raised a dispute via PayPal as I feel that this could be a scam. Especially reading the other reviews online.

I wouldn't reccomend using Buzz Retail at all, and would suggest paying slightly more for a product via Amazon, or a known and legitimate source.

Update - 100% a scam. I received an order today (24/12/19 - that was shipped yesterday) Buzz had confirmed to me on the 23rd that they would be able to re call my parcel from the DPD office, and a full refund would be provided on Friday. The product that arrived is from a company called Box (box.co.uk) after calling their customer support they told me they had NEVER heard of Buzz Retail and don't work with any 3rd party suppliers/ companies apart from Amazon and Ebay.

Buzz had told me the item was shipped on the 10th, as well as the 16th, they also told me that a delivery was attempted on the 12th... so why does the shipping information say the 23rd from Box?

Box are going to assist in tracing where this order came from - they can't refund the item as I haven't paid them, but Buzz.

Hopefully PayPal will help me resolve this. I had to order a second product due to the non delivery of the first - and need a refund from Buzz, and for this sudden delivery to be returned.

16/01/2020 - My saga was eventually resolved, and Buzz have provided a full refund. The whole process was exhausting. I firmly believe that Buzz are not a legitimate company, or if they are, operate in a very underhand manner. Throughout all my worries PayPal were fantastic.

Ordered 4 x Nintendo Switch games, absolutely fantastic service and were the cheapest online! Great communication from customer service (Jessica) and delivered next day. Highly recommend. Andrew.

The positive reviews are being left by the Buzz themselves. Be very very cautious here. You can tell by the quality of English used and that the positive reviews all focus on the same character in the same words. They also reported my comments and are actively trying to delete comments for the most minor terms and conditions errors.

The customer service team replied to my query within the same day and resolved it on the spot. The product was the cheapest of anywhere online, brand new and genuine. I couldn't be happier with the service and I would recommend this website to anyone.
