Initially great service
Initially great service. Delivery was next day. Unfortunately the sweatshirt size was not as stated in the size guide. It was correct as of the product specifications but what's the point of having a size guide if it's incorrect.
I've now wasted £12 on courier and return postage. Be careful when ordering.

let down by another company
when we were let down by another company who could not deliver according to timescales even though we paid extra for express delivery, but did not inform anyone that they had major delays. I found the website on line the tshirts were cheaper and when i asked about delivery was told latest day would be Monday. i placed an order at 12.30pm and they was delivered this morning at 9.47am this is using standard delivery. Customer service was amazing keeping us up to date with emails of when the items were dispatched and a tracking number. will use again

Won't deliver to me
The website was easy to navigate and the prices were good. I spent 30 minutes shopping here just to find out that they don't deliver to the Isle of Wight ☹️

Jute bags falsely advertised
Products not as advertised. I bought a jute bag with a ‘printable’ pocket. It is not printable. I queried it and they replied with ‘it only prints on polyester pocket’ as they have not advertised it as polyester. However they have falsely advertised it as printable which it is not! There is no way crafters could print and sell these with blurred prints

Hi Jason, This bag is advertised as print-friendly, which it is. you have told us that you tried to sublimate print the item. You can only sublimate print on polyester items. This bag is 100% cotton. If you would like any advice on printing, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thanks

I accidentally placed an order for collection instead of delivery. Emailed them straight away (it was on a Friday night so I was expecting to wait at least Monday to hear anything). I had an email first thing on Monday morning and they sorted it so quickly! Really easy to deal with and really happy with that experience. He got it sent out straight away as I have just received it! Thank you!

Excellent advice and service
Cannot fault the service and the prices beat most of the similar companies by some margin (quoted elsewhere nearly £15 per shirt, rather than a more reasonable £7-£8 with BuyTShirtsOnline.
I needed a bulk order of branded t-shirts, Connor was helpful, offering advice on best options for my design, and alternative options where sizes and styles were out of stock. Items received today and cannot fault the quality. Very happy

Maybe just a dud order? Stitching issues
I tried this website as I saw so many good reviews, but unfortunately my order seems to have been a bit of a dud.
I bought 5 of the "Ultra Cotton" Gildan t-shirts for a little embroidery workshop, they arrived fine and in good time, but the quality on them was a little suspect, some of the stitching had odd threads coming off it, which I was expecting better given they weren't that cheap.
After washing all 5 shirts, 3 of them are ok but 2 of them had come undone along the hemline and were trailing thread. Attempting to salvage the stitches was no good, so the bottom hemline on 2 of the shirts is now frayed and curling up.
Quite disappointed really, have reached out to their customer support, see what they say.
Edit: I just inspected the other shirts a bit more thoroughly and found more stitching issues, the neckline of one has loose parts that will unravel before long, and the hemline of another already has a loose thread that if pulled, will make it the same as the other 2. Steer clear of Gildan Ultra Cotton!
Edit 2: had my order refunded for the shirts, they did offer to replace them but I don't think I want to risk those again. Changing review score as customer service were excellent.
