DO NOT BUY FROM BUYDIG. IT IS A HUGE RISK. CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT HELP YOU.
I ordered a 55” TV recently with BuyDig and while the customer service SEEMS to be responsive and attentive, it’s clearly just overseas CS representatives that have to wait ages for response from the BuyDig CS at their HQ.
TV was shipped poorly; it was loose inside the second box and whatever courier / delivery service they used mishandled it and delivered it upside-down (the second outer box does not have a “This Side Up” marking). the TV arrived completely destroyed and wouldn’t even power up correctly (see attached photo)
The WORST of it all: while they refunded me after taking forever to review pictures of the damaged set, they refused to accept a return of the damaged unit and told me to dispose of it myself. I live in NYC and don’t have a car, and disposing of TVs in the regular trash is ILLEGAL. Junk companies charge $100+ to pickup broken TVs for recycling. After all of that back and forth, I am going to end up paying out of pocket to have this broken TV (which is due to BuyDig’s improper packing and delivery courier service) hauled away.
Unbelievable. Don’t bother with this company. Spend a bit more for a reputable
company with a good return policy and real customer service.

In 50 years of purchasing, this company is the Worst I’ve experienced! Horrible customer service, ordering, and fulfillment. They will steal your money & you get nothing! I ordered a vacuum the first week of July, and they happily took my money and I still have not received it. They sent it to an address I specifically told them not to use the Postal Service in my order. It is now two months later and I still have not received the vacuum or the money and the company is now telling me to take it up with eBay. This company is not accountable for anything that they promise. They will take your money and leave you with nothing. Don’t order from them. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Refunded but won't physically take back…
Refunded but won't physically take back large tv.
I am now stuck trying to find a way to transport and a place to dump a large TV that was cracked on arrival.
Even read their policy. It will state that they pay for returns. BUT - If they chose to refund but don't want it back, thats not considered a return.
Will stick with places that will physically take things back from now on.
Shame on you BUY DIG!!

They had a breach, and now my email address is in the hands of scammers. I know they had a breach b/c I used an email that only BuyDig had. Others have written about BuyDig's breach (search for "buydig breach"). Buydig continues to deny the breach, adding insult to injury.

Not Recommended - Item Never Shipped on Time - Zero Updates from BuyDig
Purchased an item that I needed in a timely manner on Tuesday and paid extra for expedited shipping for delivery Thursday morning. Item never shipped out on Wed, so I called and was told they needed more time, it wouldn't arrive on Thursday and it would probably ship on Thursday for Friday delivery. No shipping status on Thursday so I called again and emailed. Support over email gave me the same vague answer that it was expected to ship the next business day, which is now Friday. I then called and spoke to a friendly and helpful rep who said my order was in processing status, she sent a note to the warehouse to expedite. I appreciated her help but here it is Friday, support closed at 2pm and my item still hasn't shipped. Worst experience ever. Will not buy from them again. My advice to BuyDig, if you are going to promise delivery within 2 days, then do it. If you are experiencing delays, notify your customers. This run around has been the most frustrating experience. Why did I have to call each and every day after you failed to deliver my item on time. Your systems should update customers when there are delays and ask if they still want the item etc. You need to do better by your customers.
As of 7/12, the item still hasn't shipped and zero response from customer support to my email on Friday. Despite the fact that the website says support will respond even if the call center is closed. This is after their support reps repeatedly told me every single day the item would ship next business day. Since there's no one to call, I'm stuck waiting to get this disaster of an order rectified. This is literally quoted from their website and yet I have zero response to my email from yesterday. BuyDig Website reads: Email messages are responded to on a daily basis, even during non-business hours.
7/13/25 - Final update. I did not hear back from Support until 7/13 and only then did they tell me the item was out of stock. After waiting almost a week and clearly it was a time sensitive order. BuyDig you need to notify your customers ASAP regarding any delays and not make them wait. Will never buy from them again until they fix their stock/order update issues and provide transparency to customers.

Ordered a coffee machine on Friday afternoon with zero expectations to get it before Monday. It arrived in 24H on a Saturday. What a nice surprise. Never heard of this website (buydig) and I trusted it thanks to trust pilot so here I am adding to this thread.

I didn’t need these right away, but I will soon, and since they are not refundable I’m locked into waiting and waiting for these subscriptions until this company gets their act together and “ships” what I purchased. “Processing” a digital order should not take days and days in 2025 at a company of this size.

I purchased an LG C4 OLED TV on October 8th from BuyDig and the listing clearly stated that the TV would come with a $250 gift card + 4 year warranty.
Fast forward to earlier this week (10/30), I get a strange E-mail saying that I got a $100 refund on my original order. This confused me, so I contacted their customer service to verify that I would be getting the $250 gift card as the original listing clearly stated.
The representative was dismissive and kept insisting that the order "only comes with a $100" gift card and that their manager confirmed the same.
This kind of deceptive bait and switch is completely unacceptable! I have screenshots of my order and my order confirmation E-mail that clearly states "LG 65" Class OLED evo C4 Series Smart TV 4K 2024 + 4 Yr Warranty +$250 Gift Card × 1", and yet the "Manager" insists that it's only a $100 gift card.
I would not have purchased this TV from BuyDig for a $100 gift card as there were many other competitors offering much better prices.
Buy BEWARE! Beach Camera/BuyDig customer service is awful and they try to trick you and gaslight you even after offering evidence to the contrary.
Update: As of 11/11/2024 - Beach Camera/BuyDig has issued an additional $150 refund and I now consider this matter resolved.
