1. The think it is acceptable to leave a 1 year old outside in -1 degrees and this is justified by them because we arrived 5 minutes early.
2. The manager is rude and unprofessional
3. The staff are lovely but the good ones have left- probably due to poor management. There is only a couple of good ones left now and they deserve to work in a better environment.
4. The manager decided to close the nursery due to the wearher then message 30 mins later to say it was open BUT you have to stay with your child due to staff shortages. This was purely done to charge the parents.
5. The manager does not care enough to even spell your child's name correctly
The lack of care from management is rather alarming and formal complaints have been raised. Please do not subject your child to this start in life. They should go to an environment where caring is at every level and not just with the hard working nursery staff who will be paid very little and are also subject to an inappropriate manager.
