I have dealt with Business Magnet for several years now and in that time I have found them to be professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Our account manager keeps in touch regularly to make sure that our content on their website is up to date and performing to the optimum without it being onerous or time consuming on our part.

The service is always very good, they work with us on a regular basis to help improve our internet presence and also have a very nice platform that we share with all of our customers. I have used them for my business for a year and the result has been extremely poor. They send traffic to my site however no one single conversion from this so extremely poor quality. If that was the only thing then I would not have a problem, however I now get more than 10 emails a day from people trying to sell me things or click on links they include. For all of these types of emails they have selected businessmagnet.co.uk in the field stating where they have found us.
To be honest I wish I had never listed my business with them.

Helpful staff and unprompted regular contact make it easy to keep our profile advert page up to date with company news and product changes.

Really pleased with our page, our account manager is great and any amends we require are made within 24 hours, which is also followed up with either an email or phone call.

Statistics are also easily accessible and are a good indicator of how well our page is performing.

I've been using Business Magnet for over 2 years now and have not once had an issue. Great customer service and very easy to work with. The new site is fantastic and i look forward to seeing how they expand in the future. I would highly recommend.
