I am in the process of switching from HSBC Kinetic to Business account. Amy has called me to guide through the process, as well as answering my questions about overdraft and business loan. She has been extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

I had an excellent experience with HSBC, thanks to Ms. Farhin Merchant. She was incredibly patient and guided me step-by-step through the entire process, making everything clear and easy to complete, including the personal guarantee Form filling .
What really stood out was how proactive she was in chasing the application and keeping things moving without delay. Her communication was always prompt and professional.
Honestly, this has been the best service I’ve experienced with HSBC. A real credit to the team.

I have been with HSBC business for just over 10 years when self-employed as sole trader, so when I started my limited company it was an obvious choice to carry on with them. Always positive outcomes of any dealing with the bank. I had trouble with hsbc getting my Morgage settlement figure as everyone I spoke to just pushed me pillow to post. I’d emailed, filled in 2 request call backs and still nothing. So I found Tanya Hatto on an email back in 2023 which I had spoken with then so emailed Tanya and even tho she’s wasn’t anything to do with our area anymore she still helped me with the situation, called me and emailed me with updates and finally got my settlement figure that I had tried to do for about 4 weeks.
