I returned two items in the same package, I have been refunded for one item and have been promised a refund for the second item since October 2022, they have given me various dates, the last on the 19th November that it would definitely be refunded by 21st November. Still haven't got my refund. I have asked for complaints department contact details but they will not supply it and just tell me to be patient. Impossible company to deal with if something goes wrong, no telephone number to speak to anyone. I wonder how much money they make by not correctly refunding people?

Ordered a 2 piece suit . Burtons accepted order and payment then a couple of days later said that trousers were not available but Burtons had dispatched the jacket . No point when the trousers were not available .

Had to waste time and money returning jacket and now discover that Burton have deducted a £1.99 return fee from my refund when the situation is 100% their fault . Unacceptable .

Over £200 taken from my partners account. Paid next day delivery. 6 days later no parcel received (looks to be lost by courier company as no update for 5 days) Burton refusing to refund the money. Items needed for a wedding and now have no suit and no money to buy an alternative.

How do I even get in touch with this company? Their terms and conditions say you must contact their customer services and specifies an email address.. but emails to that address just bounce back?

Actually paid the annual fee to ensure fee next day delivery but 5 days later I still haven't received the order. Despite raising a complaint with Burton their response was that it was 'my courier' who is at fault and that it was out of their control.. Then they shouldn't be charging an annual fee guaranteeing next day delivery! Total sham with no ownership of the issue or attempt to resolve the problem with an adequate solution. Stay clear of Burton, I certainly will be!

Christopher was a great help when I needed some assistance in returning an item. Got everything sorted within a couple of minutes for me.

I ordered a men's blazer got confirmation it's been dispatched but never received email them twice they never bothered to answer me at least I had to involve the invover Website to get me refund back.otherwise they wouldn't refund me.i will never buy from burtons

Prices showing on their Website are a lot cheaper than the final price they charged me by over 50% I didn't know the price had increased until I'd paid and seen the confirmation. They get away with daylight robbery, I've even sent them screenshot of the cheaper prices that were showing on their website when I added to my basket but they refuse to refund me the difference and now have to fork out £1.99 to return the items. I have reported them to trading standards who've said they've received unprecedented level of complaints about Burton. DON'T TRUST Burton, I don't think they will last much longer as their reputation has gone down the drain.

i was ordering anon goggles but there was problem on billing adress and it didnt let me order it but for some reason my money still got taken.I didnt even get the email about my order which means that my order really wasnt registered and they took my money without even sending the goggles.im waiting for my refund

Shocking refund timescale.

It’s been almost two weeks since confirmation that my return was received and still no refund in my account. This is despite me contacting and being asked to wait until today before checking again. It shouldn’t take this long in todays modern payment systems to get a refund. Amazon can do it the same day, sometimes before they’ve even got their goods back. But here we are nearly two weeks later and burton still have my money.

Certainly puts me off ordering in the build up to Christmas incase I need to return something and then free up that money.

Burton, you’re an absolute disgrace of a company! I’ve got the premium delivery account and I’d really like to cancel that and get a refund. I have no intention ordering from them again!

Ordered an item from Burton for next day delivery on the 24th October which never landed. Apparently the item I purchased was lost in transit. I asked for a refund which only the Next Day Delivery Charge of £5.99 was reimbursed within 3 days of my request. I then chased up via their Facebook messaging app for the remaining cost of the item I bought to be refunded and was told it would be back in my account in 5 days. I waited 5 days - no refund. Contacted them again to be told that the refund had failed and that they would re-process it. I was told this second attempt would land in 4 days. Waited another 4 days - no refund! Chased them again. Told again, the refund has failed and that the matter had been passed over to the Finance Team to re-process the refund a 3rd time. Then told to wait another 10 days. You can see a trend here which leaves me to believe Burton are simply not processing my request and are simply stalling and not wanting to refund my money - money taken without the exchange of the item I purchased. Isn't that illegal? Anyway, I shall wait again with no confidence. The experience I have had is totally shocking. I would sincerely urge people that are thinking to shop with Burton online not to do it. I see from many other reviews that I am not the only one to have had this customer experience. Truly a shambles. I feel robbed. Should anyone else feel the same way - please get in contact with the Martin Lewis Programme so we can shame this outfit!

Received an email offering 50% off till midnight so bought shoes for £37 + £3.99 delivery.
Next day I Received an email say 80% off not great business absolute shambles I sent an email to customer service and was told to send back when I receive them if they were anything of a company they would match the price.
I will shop elsewhere in future.
Just had a reply asking me to send shoes back when they are delivered and re order HOW PATHETIC WASTING PEOPLES TIME

Burton is the best in every way. The price and the quality of the clothing is excellent. The customer service is on point too. Love burton so much❤️

Yet again still waiting for burtons to refund me the remaining part of my returned order.
Have constantly chased, they say they've credited my account on 4th October, I have shown credit card statements to prove they haven't, so had to wait till 18th November to be sent the transaction details from the finance dept to speak to my bank. Guess what no refund still and no details. Its very apparent it hasn't been processed and just a long line of excuses.
Maybe I should charge them interest.

No doubt someone will comment on this to email them, I've done that about a dozen times..maybe 1 person needs to call me as I've requested and deal with it. Send me a cheque if you can't do card refunds. Its quite simple.

I paid for next day delivery and ended up changing my departure time from where I was staying and waiting around until 11pm for a package that never showed up. I was unable to speak to a real person at their delivery agent and their own customer services are useless. I needed the goods for a film shoot and now I’m out of pocket, with no goods and even though the company can clearly see from their delivery agent that the goods weren’t delivered. They offered me a free next day delivery on my NEXT order and refused to refund me the money now they are expecting me to go all the back to Isle of Wight from Kent, wait around again for a delivery that still hasn’t shown up, to collect the goods just so I can get a refund. Nevermind the fact that they have costed me a days wages they want me to spend more time and money to fix their screw up. Absolutely useless I will never recommend buying from their website. Crap customer service, crap delivery agent and totally crap customer experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ACTUALKY WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!!!

I placed my order with next day deliver before 10pm and now fast forward the next day, got a email saying it's delayed and will be delivered the day after. What a sham of a next day delivery service
