I've been buying my planners and other little bits from this company for years. Latest order just arrived, and everything was great as usual. Arrived in less than a week and everything as described.

I am just posting my experience as, after reading some of the other reviews, I was worried about my delayed order.

While there was a slight delay in shipping- it took about 5 working days rather than the 2-3 mentioned on their website, I received my order without any issues. I did make an inquiry using their contact form on the website and someone got back to me the next day.

3 stars atm may change.
I ordered Monday 10th February
No tracking no update. It's now Friday 14th. No email replies when I've asked how it's going.
May change if I do get a reply and when it does eventually come.
Always read reviews first.

After reading some of the reviews here, I was a little hesitant. But since they had PayPal I figured I'd try it out - and I'm SO glad I did!

I ordered late on Thursday night, and my package arrived on Monday morning!

I bought a bunch of things that I've been trying to get for a while, that are hard to get in Australia (either impossible to find or prohibitively expensive). Slimline Arch erasers, specific Sakura Gelly Roll sets to complete my collection, and a couple of other bits and pieces.

Everything came in perfect condition. I'm really happy because there are many more things I want to buy from there!

Highly recommend this shop.

Scam dont buy from here. They dont respond and dont dispatch in 2 business days like they say

Products are exact As described. Very big product range and competitive price. The only thing is that the waiting time for delivery is pretty long.

However, they do communicate via email.
They are pretty responsive in my experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! the shipping time said “2-3 days” and it has been over 2 weeks and not only have I not received shipping information from either the website nor Aus Post but I cannot get a reply on any social media platform or to any of my 5 emails over the past 10 days asking for information on my order. I have notified my bank and reported to ACCC and Scamwatch Aus. Really really disappointed

The products are great.... when you eventually get them. Two years in a row I've preordered planners and two years in a row the preorder shipping time they state at time of ordering passes without update. Both times I ended up emailing to find out what is happening. Response is always slow (5 days) and is always that there was a shipping delay - which they should tell customers. This year was first end of October, then "should be next week". Two weeks later and still no word or shipping.
If want you want is preorder but you can get it elsewhere - do it.

Products received as advertised (pen ink refills) and a pen. Prices cheaper than other stores on eBay, Amazon etc.

They were packed in an AusPost envelope with no tracking. Ordered Wednesday morning and arrived in mailbox on Monday - 3 business days (Melbourne). I did not have any dealings with customer service so can't comment on some of the other complaints about not receiving a response.

For something cheap, definitely worth using this business, however I would second guess if it's too pricey or fragile.

i was worried about trying this store since the reviews on here were a 50/50 split, but i'm glad i did. i bought a set of refills for a pen i own, said refills are only stocked in a store several hours away from me. i was desperate to find any online, so i gave it a go. they arrived in great time and were perfect. had no troubles at all. hope this review helps other people feel confident in buying from them

I'd like to be able to give them a product/dispatch review, but I didn't even get that far.

I asked a question using their Contact Form several days ago, and received no reply.

A follow up E-Mail asking the same question again - as well as asking if they're still in business - was sent yesterday.

There was no reply to that E-Mail either, so I can conclude that they are either:

- No longer in business, in which case, be careful about ordering from them.

- On vacation or have left their business unattended for an entire week for some reason.

- Just don't give a damn about selling the products they advertise.

It's a shame that the Web allows anyone with a domain name, some hosting and some closet space to hold a few bits and pieces (sometimes other businesses don't even hold stock) and set themselves up in "business".

Anyone who sets up has a responsibility to act professionally as a business - IF they want to be taken seriously.

I've ordered 3 times so far from Bunbougu.com.au and each time the package has been dispatched in a prompt manner. The items all arrived as ordered and predominantly in perfect shape. There was one exception where 1 of the pens in a set was clogged and dry. When I sent a photo of how the pen didn't write, I got a polite response right away that a replacement would be sent. Just received the replacement today. Can't ask for more! Looking forward to ordering from this site again.

The Bunbougu website claims dispatch within 1-2 days however my order took 21 days to arrive after payment (I live an hour away). I contacted the company via email 10 days after payment and asked for a tracking number and my email went unanswered despite the auto response notifying me that I would receive a reply within 3 days. When my order finally arrived, one of the highlighters was uncapped and completely dried out due to poor packaging (All items just thrown into an envelope, even though I paid $7 for postage). I sent another email providing photo evidence of the damaged item and requested a replacement which also went unanswered. Such a disappointing experience.

I hadn’t heard anything about this shop before, but they had a great range of stationery supplies so I put in an order. The package arrived very quickly! Everything was correct and in good condition, and no unnecessary packaging. And the products are all great quality! I look forward to buying from them again.
