Needed to get my house sprayed asap for cockroaches, to my suprise they came out a couple hours after my initial phone call and eliminated all cockroaches from the property, probably the best service I have experienced, 10/10

got a price for a double story for parents then thought I might do my single story as I noticed some ants and one cockroach at my place too. they quoted same price which was odd then when I told them my address they upped the price again to a rediculous amount more. Needless to say I didn't proceed, and also told mum not to bother contact them now either for their house stupid way to lose clients quote a price then up it again when you give them address

Bugfree Pest Control charged my sister $465 to spray her 3 bedroom townhouse.
My sister is intellectually and physically disabled, which is evident when you speak to her.
Their secretary, a lady named Emma, realised this straight away and convinced my sister she was getting a good deal.
So, nearly $500 to have a townhouse sprayed for bugs.
On contacting them, this lady claimed that my sister had agreed to the price and would not give a refund.
Taking advantage of vulnerable people such as the elderly or intellectually disabled is extremely painful.
We kept on asking the company until the returned $240.00.
This left the amount charged by the company $265.00, still more than three times the average

Today I had Steve come to my place and treat one room. He did an excellent job, great customer service and very friendly with a lot of helpful information.
I would definitely recommend this service. Very happy. Cheers Steve, you did a great job!

Have used Bugfree Pest Control for a few years in our home. They're Professional, punctual, provide great service and good with communication. Highly recommend them.

We have just had David out to ‘Pest Free’ our apartment. Great service, on time, very pleasant person, and are seeing results right away! Dead cockroaches everywhere! Just had to renew our dishwasher (still under warranty but not covered for these little pests) and our coffee machine. Thank you, we will strongly recommend to all our other apartment owners.

The Peter came to my place on Friday 24/06/22 at around 12 MD he was the best pest control I have ever experienced. He really looked after my property as he would do to his own place. He does have his heart and soul put it the job. I was also so proud to meet him as I learned how to respect one's job from him.
He is the best pest control ever.
