System in principle is great but had over a year of dropped calls, missed calls, call silence and to make it worst by local business can’t deal with it and no one at bt one phone ever responds. I need a contact email address that doesn’t bounce back.

Supplies in India not so good as they don't have much stock but our mobile phones are working well and good value with further budgets available to suit our needs.

Absolutely useless system and terrible customer service.
We have been having the same issue for months and months, with calls not connecting, getting cut off, going straight to answerphone.
Every day I complain and nothing gets done, I just seem to be fobbed off all the time. We are losing business but BT don't seem to care. They have admitted the system has problems so have discontinued it but will not help us out.

nothing works properly, calls get lost, recordings don't work, the platform crashes, billing goes wrong.

So about a year in now and the following happens: 1. Portal login always fails 2. one phone app has crashed 3. some invoice issues ended up cutting our business line, which means our private numbers also got cut. so we were literally on the motorway and our gps lost connection. we had no business or personal calls coming in massive losses at this point.
4. asking for help can only happen by using the helpline if its in hours or by opening a ticket on your portal.
5. we cannot opt out of office for call diversion because it does and doesnt work. depends how it feels. very buggy.
6. you never know the person calling is someone for you or for your business in ours or out of hours. your just guessing if you havent had it a saved number.
this all because we decided to save about £700 a year by merging our mobiles and business lines together and use this smart feature called in office or out of office.
Absolute Rip Off BEWARE!!

March 2024 BT said my business needed to do the digital switch over from our analogue lines which worked perfectly well. We were contacted by Charlotte Hoy Implementation Manager around April. We were told that our bills would remain around £250 per quarter after the switch over, well this is where it all goes wrong. We have gone from £250 per quarter to £1200 per quarter.
3 digital handsets provided which work off our wifi yet in August we were charged per 30 seconds at 5am in the morning onwards ( no one in the office, open at 9am) £7 per 30 seconds of data. How?
They are saying (BT rep) we are using data even though the phones are always connected to the wifi that BT provided therefore we should not be charged for data, we are clearly being charged for data.
Called the billing team in India, I may aswell have called the moon, useless, uninterested and basically claimed they were correct, no refunds to be given.
Everyone avoid BT Onephone this is clearly fraud by BT, we were completely mis sold and mis advised by the BT rep. All I want is my money back at this rate I will be paying £4500 per year rather than what I was told would be £1000 which I had been paying over previous years.
I have been a customer of BT for 20 years so much for customer support. The bosses of BT should be ashamed that they can rollout a service that is not fit for purpose, to me its clearly fraudulent.

Bt one phone customer service is…
Bt one phone customer service is rubbish. There is issue with one phone service since they migrate the sims in April or May 2024. Landline not working and charging me every month and then £40 late payment. They do not care about thier service just pay the bill with £40 late payment charges. Now I asked them to cancel my contract and they send me early termination charges of £2120. Never will recommend bt one phone. They lie when they sell the product.
AVOID AT ALL COST
We are sick to death of One Phone. At their insistence we changed from a feature line system as they told us the copper cables were being decommissioned. We had 5g plug ins from them anyway as the connection was so slow and not useable for work even via the phone line. Having transferred to one phone with a mobile handset and a desk phone we were suddenly presented with a £2.4k bill for data use. Apparently this is because we were still temporarily connected after the switch over. It’s taken literally days on the phone to try to sort this out and it’s been credited. Yet is still showing on our account. They’ve now CUT US OFF even though they know the account has been credited. They want us to pay the £2.4k which they accept we don’t owe, to then drip feed the credit until we’ve used it up which will take about the next 2years. They won’t reconnect our business phone which we’ve had for the past 30 years unless we do. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost.
Problem still unresolved
I have been with BT one phone for my Taxi business since Feb 2019. Now BT has just migrated with EE since May 2024. I've now been charged extortionate bill saying over data use when all my mobiles are barred from data use. I put a complaint in on 29th July, still not sorted with 2nd over payment bill. No one to help only please be patient.

We were sold a system which they said was all singing and all dancing - The BT One Phone system has never worked for us, it has cost us dearly over the two years we have had it. We have trouble connecting to various countries in Europe and the mobile phones, just cut off mid-conversation. BT now say that they are no longer supporting the system (hooray), but will not let us out of the 5 year contract, unless we have a more expensive system. I think offcom should look into this.

We had no work phone line for 6 weeks when we switched to them, still the phone system does not work half the time and need rebooting every day
customer service is appalling
No email communication just there awful portal that does not work correctly, so never been able to access raised tickets even though I have told them this. They have cost my company thousands
Have ported numbers across to another provider and are still being charged even though our contract has ended and i've been promised calls back
BTone system a waste of time and money
We were sold a phone system that would record our calls, easy access, transfer calls to mobiles etc etc. The dream system....if it worked.
Sadly, the reality it does not work. Customer service is appalling. More staff need to fix the system, which seems to change the settings on its own. So what works one day will not work the next. Handsets need to be rebooted daily. Recordings do work, but unable to access them, when urgently needed.
Do not waste your time with this system. I have been cut off 3 times today, trying to speak to an advisor, each time, I have been waiting 1 hour, but I guess thats one way to keep to your KPI's, cut off your customer!
