I have been without heating for 2 days
I have been without heating for 2 days. I am disabled. I also have a 20 month old. Yesterday they cancelled the appointment and rearranged for today I only found out at 6pm in the evening when I rang them to find out when they were arriving. Today I have made two attempts at ringing them first holding for 40 mins “1st in the queue” second 35 mins “2nd in the queue” Left number call back. No one is answering the phone and no call back. This s not my first bad experience with this BSW

No heating
I’ve been left in the cold with my son who has severe asthma. They keep telling me all the engineer appointments are fully booked and that there are people out there that are more valuable than my son. They keep saying someone/manager is gonna call me but no one does. The people who answer the phone are liars and don’t listen to what you are saying then they hang up on you.
Absolutely useless scam of a company
Never turned up 3 times and then blamed me for cancelling the appointments because no one was home after that.

Lack communication around delays
Two days no hot water or heating and promised a call out for day 2 between 4-8pm and no arrival and no update. Ended up having to google the issues being faced and fix my thermostat myself. Communication lacks in view of delays however customer service team helpful to look into things. Could do much better in terms of informing people where there are significant delays. Hope this is not the contractor for the next year.

when you start the call with them they tell you please be non-abusive to the members of the staff etc which is great ...but maybe the reception shouldn't be rude to their customers calling them vanity projects...heat loss service says 1300 kW less heat in the room

Never turn up at arranged times and when they do there is always an excuse for why the job can't be completed. I've been waiting for a fault on my boiler to be fixed for two years now . I wouldn't recommend these cowboys to anyone

How does this company have the audacity to say they ate a heating company beats me, they are absolutely, How do this lot ever get a licence to operate, they should be banned from every operating again and as for the housing firms that use them, I wonder how much of a kick back they get for doing so. these should be banned
Phoned with a boiler fault the office…
Phoned with a boiler fault the office person was great and booked an engineer for next day, engineer called Terry turned up in the correct time window and engineer was excellent, diligent and a nice bloke. He fixed the problem and left with me being very happy with the service. BSW also do my yearly boiler service for last three years and never had a problem then, all went smoothly
Every year
Every year, without fail, BSW Heating make numerous appointments for boiler inspection, which they, themselves, fail to attend. We must then go through the Housing Association to arrange a date together, so that all parties can be in attendance, and so BSW decide to try and go behind the H/A’s back by arranging an entirely new date. Of course, this date will be declined and the original date given by the H/A will be reiterated back to them where they will be expected to attend.
When attempting to contact BSW Heating via their contact us form on their web page, we are conveniently ignored.

Zero Stars for a company that gives Zero F....ks
This absolute bunch of cretins have let me down again. Nobody at this company knows what’s going on. I speak to someone, I explain all the details, I’m told yes it will be sorted and then nothing gets done. I ring up again – there are no notes as to any of my previous conversations and they don’t know what I’m talking about. Today, for the second time, I stayed in waiting for the boiler to be serviced and when I called the office to see where the engineer was I was told he’d carried out the service at another no. 7 nearby. The last time they turned up they went to the wrong address and despite me explaining that there are two no. 7s within the same housing complex and to make sure that next time they turn up at the correct one, they did the same thing again. The lady I spoke to said to leave it with her and she’ll get back to me once she’s spoken to someone else blah blah bloody blah. Heard it before, got the t-shirt. I am not holding my breath that she will contact me and, as usual, I will have to chase them. I do not know how these chumps are in business. Unfortunately, I am stuck with them because my housing association has a contract with the firm.

If I could give them less I would, I was booked in for an annual boiler service and no one showed up AGAIN it happens every year without fail. I got 3 text messages to remind me and I called them twice on the morning while I was waiting and they said they were coming!!
I don’t know how this business stays open, in this day and age with mobile phones you can call to let people know if your not going to turn up.
