The only flaw was that the item was delivered to the wrong address as this had been missed on the order but an immediate apology was given and offered a solution. Have used for 15 years and will continue to use for another 15 years!!

the trophies and engraving we received were excellent but some of the presentation boxes were damaged during transit and Brunel were unable to get them replaced which was disappointing otherwise it would have been 5 stars
