Misleading delivery times. Good product
The salver was good. I was disappointed by the speed of the service considering I paid almost £40 to have it expedited. Brunel sent a very misleading email regarding delivery timelines and when I contacted them, I got a very unfriendly, almost aggressive chap on the phone. They need to train their front people a bit better. My main gripe was about the fact that you paid extra for a quicker delivery and was expecting the salver within 3 working days. It arrived 7 days after ordering it and 5 working days afterwards. Very disappointing. I think it would have taken the same amount of time without paying the extra

Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review, I am really pleased to hear you are happy with the engraved salver you have received.
I am surprised by your comments relating to how long it took to receive your order as our records show that your order was completed within our advertised fast track turnaround as your order was processed on the 23rd June, dispatched on the 26th and delivered on the 27th. As your order was for one of our more prestige salvers we do not keep them on site, we prefer to order a brand new one from our supplier to ensure it is perfect, the slaver would have arrived to us on the 24th before being engraved and then dispatched on the 26th.

Engraved glasses
I’ve ordered glasses engraved with our football club logo to give as a thank you to coaches and committee members who have finished their volunteering. This is the third year I’ve ordered as these are lovely glasses. It’s really easy to order as I can reference my last order to get the artwork. We’re really happy with the engraved glasses, they make a lovely leaving gift. We’re definitely ordering again next year!
