I have been with this company for a few years now and are very happy with the service I have received. The engineers carried out their work efficiently, were polite and sociable.

Brookhouse always call me to remind and to book the appointment, they are so accommodating with dates to suit, due to me running a business, sometimes can be awkward. but they work with me.
The guys attending our property are very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff are very nice to deal with and helpful.
Overall very good company and would highly recommend for your boilers/radiator care.

I have a service plan with Brookhouse and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke to Jack who came within an hour and found the fault on the boiler. A new part was ordered and fitted a couple of days later. Brookhouse are an excellent company to deal with . Jack was punctual, cheerful and very efficient, explaining exactly what the fault on the boiler was. 5stars all round!!

Another excellent boiler service from Brookhouse, Alex is always so pleasant and friendly, he found a fault on the system and said he would need to order a replacement gas valve.
He returned the following afternoon with the new part and fitted it with no problems. He is a first rate engineer and works very neatly and tidily clearing up after himself.

Once again, Brookhouse Gas Services Ltd. delivered the goods! Another replacement radiator fitted and working in 90 minutes. An excellent piece of work!

Brookhouse gas boiler insurance is an excellent product .Engineer very good who serviced our boiler came at time that was stated excellent work carried out on boiler.I would recommend this company to anyone wanting boiler insurance.
