Efficient service and helpful customer service

Brixebox is great. Well made and robust and does the job. A bit fiddly to fit but otherwise fine

We were looking for a smart box and came across them at a building show. The box is fine and does what we need it too but the service and attitude is exceptional. A rare joy in the construction world during covid times!

Have not received the box ordered some time ago nor any information or explanation regarding the order.

I ordered the wrong box but this was no problem Helen at the contact office sorted for my box to be uplifted free of charge and replaced was very impressed with their customer service well done 5***** also their product is the best after looking at these parcel/letter boxes and comparing all of them

Thought may have turned up quicker, box is fine however as a builder of some 40 years it would be good if the bottom return plates on the frame were set back 10mm to allow for pointing as it is difficult to hide the front edge

Brilliant box, a little awkward to install but everything is supplied. Not to big and obtrusive at the front of the house
