I'm so glad I found this company! The curtains I bought from them last year are beautiful and very well made. I've just ordered some more and needed to clarify something over the phone - Anna was so pleasant and helpful.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the customer service!! The team were happy to walk me through everything I needed and even made a few cushions in custom sizes that weren't available on the website. Speedy responses to emails and quick to arrange calls to answer all of my questions. Would definitely buy from them again!

Okay, took a long time to sort out. Would have been nice to get some instructions for hanging up pencil pleat curtains. I only got a link to a Dunelm video after weeks with customer service.

We ordered a single curtain of 100cm width, and a pair for total pole track width of 288cm. What we received instead was one curtain of 260cm with and 2x 262 cm width. Even with their instructions on pleating the curtains, I am not clear on why all curtains have the same standard width.

Customer service initially replies pretty fast, with Jules promising to look into this and get back to us with a solution the next day. Of course we don't hear from them, when I reach out, I am told all curtains are sold in standard width of 137cm and I have been given double width - this is just the nearest approximation and all made to measure services would do this. I asked why then customers are asked to put measurements in cm and are not told anywhere on the website, that the "made to measure" curtains are in fact standardised width. I get this incomprehensible reply:
"Hi it works where it gives you the nearest width to your requirement and if you want fuller it sometimes offers a premium option also but again with the fabric being 137cms its not a exact science and that would be the same with any company so your larger pair of curtains are just under double fullness but I can understand the smaller one might be quite full I can look at makling this one not as full shall I leave you to have a think as we close at five and I need to leave but will be back in Monday and we can speak then best wishes Jules"

I found it quite annoying that I kept being told they would get back in touch but then only did after an initial one star review. But then management did keep reaching out.

I am absolutely delighted with my beautiful curtains and cushions. British Made Interiors provides a first class service and a quality, well-made product, delivered on time (a day early in my case!). Staff are a joy to deal with - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Highly recommend this company.

Thank you again! Despite all odds - Christmas time, the manufacturer initially sending faulty fabric etc - British made interiors pulled out the stops and delivered our blinds in time. Super impressed, super happy and super relieved that all the boom and gloom in the media about the economy isn't true where British Made Interiors are concerned!

A rare find! Excellent website - very easy to use and comprehensive. Helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable people. First class quality product and all UK made, at sensible prices. I had a small problem with a broken clip on one of three roman blinds (my error), but a short call produced replacement parts next day. Pleasure dealing with this company.

I can confirm the reviews are correct about this company they deserve five stars. I ordered a set of blackout curtains for a big bay window, they arrived and I am thrilled with them they are a very well made quality pair of curtains. I have just received my second order of eyelet curtains and again they are brilliant. Really happy with our purchase, customer service was always very helpful with a speedy response by phone and email. Delivery service also very good. Customer service is the best! We bought 3 sets of Roman blinds, through no fault of their own there was a slight issue with 2 of them. The team sorted it out without any issue at all and went above and beyond expectations. We love the blinds and the team are just great to deal with. Although it is 3 months since I bought my curtains I’ve only just hung them after redecoration. It was worth the wait beautiful fabric and extremely well made they look fabulous. I shall enjoy them.

The order process on your website was easy to use and felt assured on how my order was being processed as I was able to check on the progress.
