Do not hire Brandrep for your marketing! Kaydee signed me on, and never wanted to talk to me again about issues I was encountering. I had to call from a different number and she finally answered. They made so many mistakes that I hired a 3rd party to audit my campaign and it was all done wrong. Different company name, wrong key works, etc. They wont even make the changes. They will not cancel or refund my money. They stopped taking my calls. They are a scam company with 36 complaints on The Better Business Bureau. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am honestly shocked by how poorly my experience with Brandrrp went. From the beginning, their team made big promises about SEO and social media work for my company. Several people called me, talked about how “professional” everything would be, and told me very clearly that the service was month-to-month.

But after three months, I saw absolutely no real work, no reports, no updates, and no sign that any SEO or social media activity was happening at all. I kept calling and emailing, and most of the time nobody responded. When I did reach someone, nothing was ever delivered.

Because nothing was getting done, I canceled the service by email. Even then, they continued charging my account. When I called to ask why, they suddenly claimed I had agreed to a six-month contract—something completely different from what they told me at the beginning.

I again asked them to send the reports and social media updates they promised from day one, and once again they ignored me. After months of paying, I still have nothing to show for it.

Based on my personal experience, I feel that BrandRep did not deliver what they promised, did not communicate, and did not provide the services I paid for. I regret trusting them, and I strongly encourage others to be extremely cautious before signing anything with this company.

Id give a Zero If I could. That's how much results they got me. Don't sign a contract w/ them they won't let you out even though they don't produce leads. Burning my money would be just as useful as giving it to them.

Brand rep will hold face lie to you. They got my company suspended from google and never let me know. I found out when a customer told me they couldn’t find me. I was a customer for 4 years. They were good up until google began checking variations. Brand rep told me I was verified but I came to find out they never did verify my business. It’s my opinion they are not up to date on the new google policies which are designed to protect the consumer so I deeply support them. However, I was suspended for 3 months and paid another company to get me back up and running which is what I was supposed to be paying them to do. Them for my inconvenience they offered me a free month of service. However, I lost 3 months of business and once again they deny any culpability. Sorry brand rep but this was 100 percent on you. It was your job to verify my business and keep me on the front page. Now after over 50 5 star reviews and building my presence I am starting over. In my opinion it was pure laziness. Now the other company has me listed on every surch engine and all major sites (bark,yelp etc.) and they are going to do a web page and maintenance on it for 40 a month. Sorry brand rep but once my contract is up I’m done

First they did not even list the right services I provide. They did the bare minimum setting up my account. It took almost two weeks longer than I was told it would take to even get my company listed. I have had zero searches for my company so they have done nothing to get my company out there accept set up a phone call with google

It would be very helpful to to tell people from the beginning about what to expect or some what of a time frame to look forward to some kind of results…. So that way I can say, it’s going to take how long…. 90 days, nah I’m good…. The salesman that I talk to made it seem like it was going to take 30 days to getting me setup on google…. But we are about to be going on 90 days! If I knew that from the beginning, I would have said no I’ll wait on it!!!! I could have use the money that they have taken so far and use it for someone else to help me a little bit faster!!!!

Website took entirely too long to develop. Launched without safety measures in place. Launched with incorrect information. Never was it reviewed for accuracy. Poor design, I had to point out all the flaws in the way it worked. Elevated my complaints to management, they didn’t seem to care. Simply saying okay. Offered a free month when the website was three months behind schedule. I would never recommend this organization.

I am extremely satisfied with the outstanding service BrandRep has provided me. Their customer service representatives are highly experienced, patient and professional. My google business profile was suspended and I couldn't correct the problem no matter how much I tried. I contacted BrandRep and they helped me restore my business profile and optimized it. I will be using BrandRep for other services they provide because they've proven to be trustworthy. Thanks BrandRep for your assistance.

Not all of us our tech savvy, and appreciate those who are and are patient with us. Just started business with them, but if the services rendered reflect the same as the promises, we struck gold lol. :-)
