Ordered a men's Australian size 8, received a US size 8 which of course is equivalent to Australian size 7, one size smaller than I wanted. The lady in Customer Services told me the US and Australian sizes were similar which is inaccurate. I have had to return them wasting postage costs. A bit ordinary. Will shop elsewhere.

I don't usually order shoes online but I couldn't find these shoes anywhere in a physical store in Brisbane. The Emma Kate Event Sandals are perfect for my Mother of the groom dress, so I took a chance. The whole process was seamless and so easy and if needed, I could return them for a full refund (minus the postage). The shoes were perfect. I usually take a 9 in Skechers so ordered a US9 EUR40. Perfect fit even with a bunion on my right big toe. The shoes arrived quickly and with tracking notifications. The silver colour is perfect for what I need. It's not too shiny or glittery and seems to have a slight touch of pewter without being grey. Very comfortable too. I will definitely order again in the future.

This company are so good in all aspects of their business it is hard to fault them.

Not happy with the dispatched time, so slow to post out. I rang up twice after the 2nd week order was placed to inquiry how it was progressing.
They hadn’t dispatched the two orders, I don’t know when they were going to or if they were going to?
No email notifications to say if they were. 😖

I am waiting to hear that you have my return and about y refund. Auspost says that they were delivered days ago.

Very impressed with their service, ordered on a Monday and arrived Thursday the same week, from Victoria to Northern NSW ( I did pay for express shipping). Shoes fit well and are comfortable. I would order from them again 👍

Took over a week so send order. Incorrect size so I have returned for a refund. It's now been over a week since the return arrived back and still no refund. Slow service and well below standard, shop elsewhere.

I ordered my shoes 15 days ago and they still havnt been shipped, multiple emails and phone calls just to be told they are very busy and will be sent soon. Not good enough

Great sale when I got my shoes. My boots orizonte Kestral in Tan are great,comfortable and look nice. My sandals are orizonte time women’s sandals in Brown also comfortable and look nice love them.The other pair I got unfortunately had to send back as they were too narrow for my foot they were Lola canales madam women’s khaki multi. Loved them but not suitable. Very happy

No shoes after 2 weeks of ordering. Emails give me a bogus reply and phone call gave me a bogus reply. The money is out of my account and I have no shoes. Do not shop here.

Do NOT buy from them. They don't answer emails, their so called live chat doesn't exist and if you ring the phone number it goes to a message that says "this voice box is full". I placed an order over a week ago receive automated response saying they'll let me know when it's sent and I've heard nothing since. Nothing. All attempts at communication yield nothing!! They're a SCAM!! Have lost my money. Will apply to my bank for a refund. BE WARNED.

The slides I bought are excellent but I paid $20 for delivery to my home. Because of the policy that required a signature, Australia Post, that make a delivery to my home nearly every day, wouldn’t leave the parcel and took it to the post office. I rarely go out but I had to drop my husband to an appointment and arrived home at 9.28am. The delivery was at 9.13am . Although this doesn’t sound too bad, it was for me. The post office deliver after 10.30am usually and because I had very little correspondence from Brand Direct or the post office, it was very inconvenient. Your delivery fee is very high, especially when you don’t actually deliver and it took a very long time. I use companies that are in other states and the most they charge is $9.99 and deliver to my home the next day. At least I was happy with the product.

After 10days my order has not been sent and no shipping link. So I emailed twice and called twice with no reply. Only response was from the website chat only to say there are delays and my order would be sent in a few days. I requested a refund as delivery is outside of the terms quoted to NZ. Very disappointed and still no shoes. Communication is essential to maintain any customer service. Why is there no answer machine? A simple courtesy.

Just a little slow in despatching, otherwise good experience.
