Ordered foundation & bronzing powder, but unfortunately the powder came smashed to bits! Got on to customer service & Deborah sorted it for me in no time with a replacement, fantastic service Tk you .😉

I placed an order for instant tan however put through the wrong colour, I immediately emailed customer service but as it was a Sunday I didn’t hear back until Monday so thought it would be too late but no, I received an email confirming they changed my order to correct colour. Amazing customer service! Still to receive my product so can’t review but really pleased as customer service is as important and quality of good ordered!

I've known about Bperfect for a while so recently bought the Indestructi'Brow dual-tip brow pencil. I have patchy eyebrows due to bad waxing experience so was delighted to find a product that was easy to use and looked natural. I've used it 3 times and it's finished already. A good product but works out too expensive, sadly 😥

Honestly reached out with a little issue I had she quickly responded, and resolved my issue having the replacement sent out and I received within 2 days she was polite helpful and as someone who is a customer service advisor (can I get one of her please ) no Honestly beat customer service have a great day

Had a problem with my order as I received a wrong item and contacted customer service and just wanted to say Deborah was so efficient and helpful with sorting out my issue within a short time in a most courteous manner. What an incredible experience! Ann gave me outstanding customer service. As a visually impaired customer I was struggling to find brow products that I could use and give natural results. Next thing Ann kindly arranged to have some products sent to me, I was so touched.
When I feel better I cannot wait to try them.

Love this company! Great customer service online and in store! Travelled to Manchester recently and went in store as needed help with shade matching and advised on products, girl serving was great! Accidentally ordered wrong shade of product online and emailed and they changed it over for me before the order was dispatched and very quick service to! Love everything about B perfect!

Deborah, replied to my email and responded quickly & resolved my issue, the lip oil I ordered had leaked during delivery & once photos were sent, there was no issue replacing the product, customer service was great!

I live in the US and placed small order with Bperfect Cosmetics. Even though I placed an order through the US.Bperfect site, It was shipped from outside the US. A month after receiving my products FedEx billed me $35 for tariffs! This was not disclosed to me when placing my online order. When I wrote the company they claim no responsibility and state that the tariff warning is somewhere on their website. Companies can be responsible for paying the tariffs. Bperfect chooses not to. And to not tell their customers. Beware and know you will be paying crazy Tariffs to the shipper after you receive your order.
