I think your price and customer services are great and I'd love to give you a higher score but because I live on the Isle of wight I have very limited access to offers, retailers and member/group events etc. Eg Taste club.
I have however made use of the hotel in Bournemouth.

I have paid for my membership renewal on 10th September. Last year's membership expired 24th September. It is now 28th September and I not yet received my new membership card and other details. I am therefore missing out on benefits I have paid for. Not happy.

We send membership cards the next working day after you have paid for renewal, so it should be with you shortly.
In the meantime, you can access your digital membership card by signing in to your online account, which still enables access to all the benefits of your membership.
