the order was made exactly as requested, unfortunately the courier broke the corner off (even though it was packed well), after contacting Booths they did not hesitate in re- making my panel and sending out to me as soon as they could. I can not fault them at all and will recommend and re-use them

Interesting experience
Interesting experience. They were very keen (on their website) to get the portrait/landscape orientation right. I did, but they confused themselves! I called to fix this and had excellent & charming service, including a picture of the panel before it was cut - they should do this with every bespoke panel. So, even though the initial order was wrong, I would thoroughly recommend them.
