This is a super little device and it is great to know it is made in our home county. My wife and I now have nearly 1,000 books, which I believe is the number you need to say you have a library... Mehr ansehen

Hi, We've checked our records against the information provided by TrustPilot and but do not have any orders in our files under your name. We reached out to you for more information but not heard back.
Unfortunately there was a dropshipper operating on social media under the name bookembosser.com, now shopbookembosser.com And we've had several customers warn us about their tactics. We believe you may have made a purchase through them. We're really sorry to hear about your negative experience.
Unlike these bad actors; we have our phone number listed on our website and you can call (or email) our team at any time. We've been in business for over fifty years and take pride in our customer service.
Complete scam
I placed an order and immediately contacted them by email to cancel said order. They have completely ignored all of my messages, of which there were MANY. I have pleaded with them to contact me to resolve the matter... they haven't so much as sent an automated acknowledgement. This leads me to believe that they are a completely phoney company. I would urge others not to fall for their adverts on Instagram. Please DO NOT SEND them your hard earned MONEY. These companies should be better regulated by Instagram/Meta.
