Wow! What can I say. Order placed 2pm Friday and delivered 12pm the following day. 3 days sooner.
I ordered the twin pack with plastic trays, I thought the trays may be a bit flimsy, but they are lovey sturdy trays.
The trees were so well packed, they hadn’t moved in the box, and as your write up says, “ As the discription is clearly stated on the box, the delivery drivers seem to take more care of them”. Which he did xx
I am now they proud owner of two beautiful bonsai trees.

Following the second purchase of a bonsai from Bonsai Direct I am very pleased with all aspects of the company from web site browsing through to purchase and delivery of a quality bonsai that I am pleased to own. All associated documentation supplied was very useful. I will be purchasing additional bonsai and goods in the near future.

I am so pleased with the cherry tree bonsai I bought from Bonsai Direct for my husband - it’s superb and arrived so healthy with flowering buds - the box it came in was brilliant for the journey and it arrived in perfect condition

Firstly, was most impressed with the speed of delivery and the first-class packaging that protected the delicate product in transit. The company obviously took time and effort to ensure that the tree arrived in perfect condition which thankfully it did.

The actual tree '11-year-old Oriental Tea Tree' exceeded expectation in condition, quality, and overall aesthetics and in my view the product is proving excellent value for money.

Overall, more than pleased with my purchases and dealing with this company and I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Basically got what I ordered; a lovely Bonsai tree and a small care kit. It was a Valentine's gift for my wife and she loves it. The tree comes with plenty of advice on how to care for it. All delivered on the day I asked for it to arrive and the little message on the top of the box asking the driver to be careful because its "only a little bonsai tree" was a nice touch.

This was my first time buyjng a bonsai tree and was not sure of what to expect. The Tree arrived very well package and was exactly as it looked on the website. I am more than pleased with my beautiful little tree and will be 100% adding to my collection.

Excellent service from initial order to delivery. Arrived 2 days earlier than requested but was advised of this and wasn't an issue. Ordered 2 trees for friends and arrived in the same box. Wasn't aware of this and rang the company and what brilliant service Sarah gave. silly me didn't check but both trees there and in excellent condition. would highly recommend!

Well laid out website, extremely friendly helpful staff who respond to queries and requests extremely fast, order placed at midday on Tuesday and arrived the following day. Lovely Bonsai tree, came protected and wrapped well. Followed the instructions to soak it for 10 minutes.

To all the people who leave bad reviews, make sure you water your bonsai well. I’ve watched a few videos from herons bonsai after my first one I bought elsewhere died of dehydration. You’ll struggle to overwater a bonsai but it’s very easy to underwater. I also put some gravel in the drip tray to help with drainage

Will probably need repotting in spring next year which I was expecting, bonsai are a lot of work so for anyone who wants a pretty tree with low maintenance, it’s not as simple as that, you really have to look after them as I learned with my last one.

The shape is lovely and as described, there were a few leaves that looked like they’d been eaten by caterpillars etc but trimmed them off, it’s expected when grown in a large nursery

The delivery was very prompt, I ordered on Saturday with the bank holiday being on the Monday and it was here by the Wednesday with the free delivery option.

Looking forward to growing this one well. Also Chinese elm need to be kept between 10 and 15 degrees C so keep them in a greenhouse or in a cool room, or they can dry out and dehydrated

I have purchased five trees from Bonsai Direct from their premium range in the last 18 months and every single one has arrived in lovely condition. This is always my first stop retailer when I’m looking to add to my collection. As long as you’re checking your tree everyday for watering needs then you can’t go wrong.

I got my mother a bonsai tree, care guidebook and fertiliser for Mother's Day. We are both extremely happy with the products. The tree looks great, the guidebook is interesting and useful. My mother has now ordered a drip tray to match. Friendly and efficient customer service, too. I would recommend Bonsai Direct!

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ordered a Bonsai Tree for Mother's Day and I accidentally chose the delivery date to be the following Saturday (a week after Mother's Day). Had a lady reach out to me saying that she recognised the Mother's Day messaged and offered to move my delivery date to the actual Mother's Day date!

Excellent advice. I have bought two bonsai from here and both were in excellent condition when they arrived, with care instructions included. One of my bonsai was looking a little forlorn after some unintended neglect and so I emailed Bonsai Direct and they replied the same day with expert advice on where I was going wrong. They have tons of advice on their website too. You can tell that they care. 100% recommend.
