I was very picky. I made a lot of changes. They handled them all very quickly and professionally. Good experience.

I had a bobblehead made of my son and his wife's wedding photo for their anniversary. It came out amazing. Everyone loved it so much so that two of my friends are now going to order one for thenselves.
5 stars is not high enough.

I really love it, was incredibly and perfect

My experience with this company was as good as the specific information I gave them and provided feedback on the timetable they needed. I figured the place they make these things are 11 hours ahead of my time zone on the east coast of the U.S. The artists and staff probably use English as a second language and do a great job trying to be thorough. Also, I considered to send the ONE picture to best represent the head they needed to create. With all of this, I feel they did an incredible job! I feel one has to be flexible with the nature of the product and have a sense of humor. My advice to anyone considering this purchase is to be as specific and give the artists the best picture to work off of. Maybe they need to require multiple pictures to better create the piece?

What made my experience great? Their promptness. Additionally, their contact with a pre-delivery picture of the face that did a great job of replicating my god-daughter. Both her mother, and I, loved it.

There was a little confusion in the ordering process, but I attribute that to me.

I'll know better when I order the next one... and there WILL be a next one.

The team at Bobblehead went above and beyond to create my desired outcome. They even accepted multiple photos to allow the artist the opportunity to create the wonderful result.

I received my bobble head product and to my dismay it looked nothing like the picture I provided. First of all it took forever to receive the item, and when I did; it looked like someone I did not recognize. I contacted the company and they wanted me to provide pictures, so they could take care of it; in which I sent them. After which they sent me an email saying their art specialist did not hand craft the bobble head, but it was developed on a machine and to please forgive them. I was livid, because they just took my $109.00 as easy as stealing candy from a child. I find no restitution in their response and as a customer I WILL NEVER buy anything from this company ever again. They made me feel worse about the purchase and they did NOT take care of my situation the way professionals should have. I am very unsatisfied.

I had a great experience. My bobblehead was perfect. Service was excellent, half way in the process they showed me a pic and ask if its ok and if i would like to make any changes. Everything was perfect even the gap between the teeth.

Statue was just 'ok' but its not worth the wait. Site said it would arrive ' on time' and just to be sure I even paid for extra shipping it was over a month late. I did not receive a refund for the extra shipping I paid even though I did not get fast shipping. Customer service consists of canned automated emails and messages. There are many sites that do this and for much less money and you get them much much quicker with very good customer service I do not recommend using this site

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I requested clothing colours and options, hair style, facial hair and certain colours for a yacht NONE of these were done despite multiple correspondence and requests from me.

there are so many bobble head companies that absolutely do what their client requests and seek to meet their needs, Bobblehead Crafts is not one of them.

Again please don’t buy from Bobblehead Craft.

I ordered a Bobblehead for my grandson for Christmas. When it arrived I took it and showed it to my husband, he said, “That’s Tyler”. He didn’t know I had ordered it. I’m soooo happy with it.

Product arrived unsatisfactory, however, they replaced the bobblehead with another that we are happy with. Be very clear with what details are needed, and they can do it. Thank you for the customer service.

I was very impressed with the bobblehead I ordered. The skills and craftsmanship in making it are impressive and deserve praise. However, I was not completely satisfied with the hair and hat that was made for it. Mine was wearing a safari hat instead of a cowboy hat and, being from Texas….that’s a problem, lol. But overall it’s a great purchase and we are happy! Tracking the package was a bit vague...simply said it's in the US. lol....nothing like FedEx or UPS. It was very nicely packaged...lots of padding to make sure it was not damaged during shipping! And a quick delivery time considering it's coming from abroad.

Buyer beware! Ordered it 12/16 with express order to be here before Xmas. Got an email after Xmas with proofs. Asked for corrections. 4 days to respond. It’s 1/2/25 and still not even done. Asked for a refund. They said only 60% and they didn’t do the job timely. SCAMMERS
