I have no idea how they have a 4.5 rating. Im so glad I never got to the point of purchase. I changed my plans to have an estimate at my house only to be ghosted. Not only that they have a bad way of handling phone calls. I was transferred to a person who said they can't transfer to where I need to go and to call back. I called back and they stated I didnt need to call in as I have been confirmed. I received another phone call minutes later to be put on hold for confirming my appointment. with all of this going on for over an hour they end up not showing up. yeah you can quit calling me because I will never use you. Id rather swim in the sewer.

This is hands down one of the worst sales experiences I have ever had.
The advertised $399 pool is nothing more than a bait-and-switch. I scheduled appointments multiple times, only to have the salesperson cancel over and over again. After weeks of wasted time and missed appointments, someone finally showed up hours late.
What followed was nearly two hours of listening to the history of above-ground pools and sitting through a drawn-out sales pitch after I repeatedly made it clear that I was a cash buyer and only wanted a straightforward price. Instead of answering a simple question, they dragged me through a presentation before eventually quoting a price of $30,000 for a 24 foot above-ground pool. I honestly thought they were joking, and it was hard not to laugh.
The most frustrating part was the complete refusal to provide direct answers. The customer service representatives were extremely rude as well and would call me multiple times throughout the day and send dozens of text messages confirming an appointment. I called multiple times specifically asking for pricing and was repeatedly told they would not discuss it over the phone and would instead try to schedule another appointment. Each time, I informed them of what had happened previously and how no one had shown up, and they always gave some ridiculous excuse. One excuse was that the salesperson's wife had gone into labor; another was that the salesperson had experienced a death in the family. I simply cannot make this up. When I brought these issues to the attention of customer service representatives, they would respond by saying, "Oh, I don't know. There's nothing about that in the notes." That alone was a major red flag.
Once the presentation started, the numbers seemed to change throughout the conversation, and when financing came up, I was told their financing program carried an interest rate of over 30%. That is simply outrageous.
I have since found comparable and even larger above-ground pools from other companies that include many of the same components and accessories for a fraction of the price. Nothing I saw during the presentation came close to justifying the absurd premium they were asking. Frankly, there is nothing on earth that could justify charging that kind of money for what was being offered.
The salesperson himself was polite, but the overall process was aggressive, exhausting, and unnecessarily complicated. He arrived two hours late and then stayed for more than two hours despite repeated attempts to end the meeting. The company requires salespeople to call a manager and put them on the phone with you as another attempt to pressure you into buying. Awkward does not begin to describe how uncomfortable this was. The salesperson did not leave until after 10 PM. At one point, I literally had to leave to pick up dinner because I could not sit through it any longer, and even after I said we could continue another day, he stayed and continued pushing the sale.
The pricing was another massive red flag. They started around $32,000, and by the time they left, they had dropped the price to roughly $15,000. If a product can suddenly lose more than half its price in a single evening, that tells you everything you need to know.
Between the missed appointments, endless calls and texts, refusal to provide basic pricing information, high-pressure tactics, marathon sales presentations, and wildly inconsistent pricing, this entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get multiple quotes, compare products carefully, and do extensive research before signing anything.
One more thing: the reason they constantly ask whether you own your home is that they may place a lien on the property if you default on payments for the pool. I've read countless reviews from people who claim they lost their homes because of situations involving this company and its financing. Whether that's the case in every situation or not, the fact remains that they are willing to put your home at risk over a pool. That was one of the most disturbing parts of the entire process for me. I also found it difficult to understand how the pricing could be justified given what appeared to be the actual value of the product being offered. From what I could tell, this pool likely costs them around $2,000, making the markup they were asking even harder to comprehend.
