I’ve purchased what was supposed to be a gold necklace from Blue fly. The necklace is gold plated. It’s silver is what a local jeweler said. I also purchased a Prada watch that does not work. Try to contact blue fly for assist assistance in getting it replaced repair no success I would not purchase anything else from them.

Return Issues

Zero forgiveness if you miss the nonstandard return window. Buy somewhere else.

Missed the return window by two days due to a terminally ill pup, asked customer service for a one-time allowance to return several thousand dollars-worth of merchandise that doesn't fit and was ignored for weeks before being denied. I'll never shop with you again, and will make sure to warn others also. A 14 day (10 business day) return window is nonstandard and meant to trap your customers.

I am totally disappointed in Bluefly

I am totally disappointed in Bluefly! I have repeatedly asked for a RMA number and shipping label to return some designer sunglasses. I have gotten nothing. This is the third or fourth time I have asked. I am beginning to think you guys just want to let the time run out so that it’s not possible to return items! Not very good business! If I don’t receive a RMA number and return label right away I will no longer shop on Bluefly! I need to hear something NOW!

Don’t order from here

Don’t order from here ! Definitely ripping people off with hidden fees. I order shoes but they did not fit I sent them back and they deducted out $21.95 from my refund. However the site states that an initial $12.95 will be deducted. I reached out to them and someone responded so unprofessional and still couldn’t let me know why they deducted a whole extra $9 from my refund ! This is ridiculous I will be reporting them and I know they better have an explanation. They still can’t tell me what the extra deduction fee is for ? Instead told me to read the return policy which I did and it states $12.95 not $21.95 ! Will no longer order from bluefly

I placed an order and I never received…

I placed an order and I never received it. I have sent numerous emails and texts to this company and they have not answered me and I’m still waiting for my refund. They knew how to take my money but for them to give me my refund is like pulling teeth. The worst customer service care sucks

I ordered a sweater on December 8th

I ordered a sweater on December 8th, and I still haven’t received it. The latest tracking says December 14th. Bluefly uses a cheap bulk shipping method via USPS where multiple packages are dropped off under one scan number and can sit for days before USPS processes them individually. This shipping method isn't acceptable, especially during the holidays. Today is December 19th and I have no idea where this package is. Terrible company and awful customer service.

Order cancelled by Bluefly no explanation

Ordered an item that showed available and in stock a couple days later I receive an email from Blue fly that states the item is no longer available and that they are canceling the order and refunding my money, no explanation no offer to make things right or even something as simple as a discount for my next order. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering.. lesson learned.

I received a product that didn’t really look like the picture, which was fine. I returned it and was aware that it could take within 10 days for a refund ( which is ridiculous) but ok. I reached out several times just for an update and they NEVER RESPONDED. They keep lying saying they responded to my inquiries, which never happened!!! I absolutely filed a charge back because I didn’t know if my refund was being processed. Again because no one ever notified me or responded to my emails. They only responded because I filed a case with the BBB. Then lied and said they responded to me. The customer service and communication is nonexistent, and their business practices are poor. Had you actually responded to a simple update request. This would be a nonissue. If you order from them don’t bother returning it. They pretty much ghost you and won’t reply if you have questions within the processing period. It should be full transparency that they won’t process your return for exactly business 10 days (not within) and they won’t respond to any inquiries during that time. They clearly have had issues in the past regarding this very issue. Buyer beware. Too bad because they have pretty good selections for decent prices. It’s no wonder why they have horrible customer service reviews.
I honestly never received any response from them. If they can provide proof to me that they responded I will gladly delete and edit my review. Show me that you responded with proof of receipt. That was my only issue in the first place. I reached out numerous times but no one got back to me. It was Not the time in which the processing took place. I even checked my email history and there was nothing. I just checked again for 10/20/2025 and don’t have anything in my inbox. I just wanted an update on the processing time. That would have avoided this situation. I went back on the BBB and was able to find/ see your screenshot. I also went to the junk folder of another email that I had issues with. I thought it was coming to my regular email. I promise you I never saw this. I apologize for the misunderstanding and miscommunication. I will amend my review immediately. If there is something I can send to BBB. I will also do that as well.

Customer has emailed several times and received a reply for each email that as per our return policy which is clearly posted on the site it may take up to 10 business days to process a return as well as additional times for the payment processor to issue the credit - customer also filed a charge back knowing the return was being processed, then complained to the BBB about the very same issue which has been explained multiple times. The refund has been processed on time and the customer received a notification by email. We are unsure which communication the customer was expecting beyond providing the refund policy timing as well as detailed explanation about how the return is being processed. We do not appreciate false claims about an issue that was being communicated back to the customer just because they do not accept that our refund policy takes a certain amount of time which was clearly posted on the site prior to making any purchase
Customer is bring dishonest which we do not appreciate here is the proof he received reply on his email and never responded

I ordered a "wear red for Charlie Kirk…

I ordered a "wear red for Charlie Kirk on October. 14" shirt that obviously was supposed to be RED. Ordered on Sept. 12 and received the shirt on the evening of October. 14. I was shocked to see the shirt was actually ORANGE. I submitted all information required including a photo next to a red shirt to their 24 hour customer support. Received message today that apparently they are offering me $3 refund on the shirt that cost me $47.47.

Order lost

I purchased a handbag on Bluefly, and after several days, I received a delivery notification. However, the order never arrived at my shipping company (since there is no direct shipping to my country, I usually use a shipping company for such deliveries). To clarify the situation, my shipping company requested a signed proof of delivery, as they suspected the courier may have delivered the package to the wrong address. When I reached out to Bluefly for assistance, I was simply redirected to FedEx to track the order myself. The fact remains that my order was lost, and I do not understand why the responsibility for tracking and resolving this issue was shifted to me. I paid for my purchase and delivery, and I reasonably expected Bluefly to ensure that my order was delivered properly. However, that just ignored my emails and, of course, did not take any responsibility.

We have reviewed the customer’s concern regarding the reported missing package. According to FedEx tracking records, the package was marked as successfully delivered.
When the customer first reached out, our team advised them to contact FedEx directly to initiate a trace and confirm the delivery with the driver, as FedEx requires this step before we are able to escalate a claim or resolution. The customer confirmed they had reached out to FedEx but did not provide us with the outcome of FedEx’s investigation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further communication from the customer until this complaint, which meant we were not given the opportunity to finalize a resolution based on FedEx’s findings.
We take all delivery concerns seriously and are committed to assisting our customers in these situations. To move forward, we kindly ask the customer to provide the results of their FedEx trace or claim reference number. Once received, we will work with FedEx and the customer to determine the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
Our goal is always to ensure our customers receive their orders, and we remain ready to assist in resolving this matter promptly once we have the necessary information from FedEx.

They sent me the wrong item and there…

They sent me the wrong item and there is zero customer service to correct the issue. Just a “yeah, we don’t have that one. You can return the one we sent” and not addressing they did not send what I ordered or any solution to make this right.

So, yeah there is a risk to go with this company. If there is an issue, the customer service is lacking and no recognition or desire to make it right. No sympathy or apologies.

EDIT— yeah, so anyway. As you see in the response, it can be more of a hassle working with them. This wasn’t an exchange, I was sent an item I didn’t order and was asking if they had the one I did order.

This is the first apology in any of the emails. You are sent through basic responses. Better to order elsewhere.

Fraud Business! Do not buy anything from Bluefly

Do not buy anything from Bluefly! Terrible customer service. My item was never delivered to me. I politely reach out to let Bluefly know, and they reply with an aggressive email refusing to help in any way. They attack my integrity and say I’m committing fraud, but they will not look into why I never received it. After my own digging, I come to find out they stupidly put the wrong address on the item. UPS had a different address on the box than my confirmed shipping address on my invoice. I show them that the mistake was on their end, they double down on their original message by not helping. This fraud company needs to be exposed and buyers need to beware. Better places to bring your business.

An email was received after business hours, but before there was an opportunity to respond, a chargeback was filed.
Once a chargeback is initiated, the matter is transferred to the payment provider for resolution, which prevents the company from offering further assistance directly. This situation could have been addressed more efficiently had there been an opportunity to resolve the concern prior to the chargeback being filed.
The company remains committed to assisting all customers who reach out in good faith and encourages open communication to ensure issues are resolved promptly and amicably.

Dishonest And Disgusting Company

I have no other choice but to expose Bluefly for being a thief. Very dishonest and heartbreaking of them to steal $274 from me for a return they claimed they never received. It is very ironic that they received all of the other items but this one item was an exception. I have went back and forth with this company and have gotten no where.

Terrible Customer Service

Hi, this company has not even responded to my emails on a return of a jacket. They sent me wrong size by mistake and they wanted to charge me to return the item. I asked about the return fee before I sent back to them which was back in June. They responded over 10 days later stating I would not be charged the fee once they inspected the jacket. It has been mailed to them since 7/8/25 and I have emailed quite a few times ZERO RESPONSE from them. Still have not received my credit for the jacket.

Deceptive Return Policy- Huge Ripoff!

I honestly wish I could give this company zero starts because they are the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY! I hope and pray people looking to purchase something from them read these reviews and decide not to trust them. I purchased a pair of Dolce Vita sandals which were too small and they didn’t have a half size up so I returned them. When I emailed them about the return they didn’t say anything about their ridiculous return policy which is: they deduct $12.95 immediately for a restocking fee, subtract the shipping fee (that’s fine) and then deduct another $1 per 100 item value! So I list $13.95 and $5 in shipping so m refund was way more than less half back which is ludicrous! I honestly do not know how this company stays in business. I have learned my lesson I will never purchase anything from them ever again and will warn every person I can not to shop there!

They sent me the wrong color shoe

They sent me the wrong color shoe. when I asked for assurances that I would not be penalized for the return they just kept sending me emails saying I needed to select the correct reason. It seems obvious to me that it’s incorrect item sent however they didn’t provide that information. Additionally, I don’t know that the reason selected should really matter because I provided evidence that they sent the incorrect item. I found their customer service to be rude and unhelpful. I would avoid ordering from this company.

EDIT: I don’t accept this response from this company. Their customer service has been abysmal. I’ve repeatedly asked for updates on when the refund will be processed. you have not provided any helpful information with reference to this besides boilerplate responses. the return was picked up 5/5 from the post office. I will continue to advise anyone who asks me that this company is not worth ordering from.

Good Day - we apologize for the inconvenience, our return policy clearly states that returns for "wrong item sent" will not be charged the return fee, this was provided several times to the customer - when the RMA is processed the customer should pick the correct return reason on the drop down menu so that once the warehouse receives the return they may inspect the error made and approve the fee refund. Our return process is very simple and hassle free and is easily completed if the instructions provided are followed. As advised to the customer once the return is shipped back as long as the correct return reason was chosen the fee will be refunded as well,

Update - We apologize for the inconvenience, however following the return instructions helps us process the returns faster and more efficiently - We advised the customer several times they will not be charged if they pick the correct return reason - once the return will arrive at the facility it will be checked and if confirmed the fee will be refunded.
