I have usually found it pays to deal with local businesses as you get much better service. This is certainly the case with Bleyer. Sold a large amount of gold, and silver, at a very fair price, and the money was in my account on the spot. Caroline was a pleasure to deal with and the offices are in a nice convenient location. Highly recommended and will use again.

Made my second purchase the other day. Prices are reasonable and the service is amazing. I needed my order delivered on a specific day and they made it happen. Also got my order within a week.

These guys are outstanding. I've ordered from them twice now. First time I ordered two silver coins and then this week I ordered 2x silver Australian Kangaroo Coins and 1 gold Britannia. I was nervous because I didn't think they were as established as some of the bigger websites but these guys are my new go to for bullion. Cheaper than the competition and generally good stock. What has really swayed me though is the delivery. Outstanding. Both deliveries took less than 24 hours. These guys are based in Devon. I'm in Glasgow. How is it possible they deliver so quickly yet other places that claim 2 days end up taking a week. Every time. Every other site has been dramatically longer than expected. These guys are consistently quicker. Explain that. My new go to. I will be back next month.

I visited the companies offices in Devon, to sell 5 one ounce coins, l was given a top price on par with Hatton Garden dealers and the money was in my account before l left their premises. The office was not the poshest l have done business in, but l got top dollar straight into my account, you cannot argue with that. I made an appointment.

These are not serious people. I've ordered twice, even though a poor experience first time I tried a second time. I regretted it and won't be going back a third time. Long delays on first order, 3 weeks (blamed customs) more delays on the second order over xmas then they shut until 5th Jan. When I finally got it on the 8th it had a massive scratch on the face. It was a new 2026 gold Sov. I complained and got no reply from Customer Services either time. Their prices are a few pounds cheaper than other bullion sellers but its not worth it. Go with a reputable company of professionals, avoid Bleyer.

What an utterly fantastic service from beginning to end. I was kept up to date with the progress of my back ordered items with a telephone call from a very friendly representative and mutiple emails about despatch with expected delivery date and time.

I ordered a coin on Thursday 27th June and had an email thanking me for my business later that day. On Friday 28th I had a phone call from a very pleasant lady to inform me the coin was in stock and would be delivered very soon. On Saturday 29th the coin arrived very well packed and with a personal hand written note on the packing slip once again thanking me for my business and looking forward to hearing from me in the future. I will certainly be ordering more coins from Bleyer as and when I need them.

1st class service from start to finish with Bleyer. After placing my order, I was asked to provide identity documentation for security purposes, which I did straight away. I had a very prompt response from the team to say all was well, which was followed by a telephone call, welcoming me as a customer (a nice personal touch).

Communication was excellent throughout with regards to delivery, which was organised specifically around my personal schedule, and arrived exactly when it should have. Products were extremely well packaged, clearly showing that the upmost care had been taken.

Ordered a Brand New 1g Baird Gold Bar and the thin film on packaging was come up all over the edges – made the gold bar look second hand. I bought this for my Niece 1st Christmas as a high valued, life long, memorable gift which condition looked absolutely poor, like the very last item hang around on stock for long ago.
After I requested a replacement, they phoned me and explained that the bar was still new, If I’d remove the damaged thin film, it’d look perfect. They pushed the responsibility towards the Mine and the Wholesaler, blaming it’s their fault. Then I emailed them again expressing my disappointment on the answer and the lack of effective solution. The Managing Director responded in writing and confirmed that my criticism was unfounded and only be borne out of misunderstanding.
My concern was completely invalidated. It’s an unprofessional deceptive company.

Pleasure to deal with this company. The staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. The items always arrive sooner than expected, in proper fit for purpose packaging. Will continue to use these guys for the foreseeable. Thanks, Dan

Came across Bleyer whilst looking for a silver Britannia my usual go to didn’t have in stock and brought one coin to test the water as I’d never ordered from there before. Their site was easy to navigate and the order easy to place. And email confirmation shortly after.

Had a phone call off them on Tuesday afternoon to notify me that the order was being dispatched and should be with me by the end of the week. I was a bit surprised by the phone call ( a nice touch by the business and shows they think about the customer) and had a lovely chat with the lady over the phone who managed to help me out with some questions I had.

Come to Friday and my order turned up just like they said it would and very well packaged. I’m really pleased with the service that has been provided and will define using them again.

I found on this website some Silver coins that aren't on sale on other sites, which most are out-of-stock. It's nice to see different items for sale, of which now as well as the 18th, I've bought more on the 23rd.

Was recommended to Bleyer by an existing customer of theirs. Made my order on the Monday and received my investment on the Tuesday in the post. Was followed up with a lovely friendly call from Lisa. The web site and ordering system is very clear and easy to use

I will not purchase gold bars from Bleyer again.

Due to 4 defects (Contamination) on the bar I raised concerns regarding authenticity. I received a short email response from a photo I supplied, which I felt didn't review my issue with any seriousness.

I asked if Bleyer would swap the bar for a replacement without defects (Contamination) and haven't received a response.

Currently I have a gold bar which I have concerns regarding it's authenticity and an unresponsive supplier.

Very fast delivery, well packaged 1oz pre-owned maple. The coin was in much better condition than I anticipated, being second hand. The personalised thank you message on the invoice was very appreciated.
