Extremely concerning experience —
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

I purchased a 60mg retatrutide pen from BioBlue. The pen was advertised at £199 plus £10 postage, but BioBlue was running a 20% promotional discount, so I paid £169 in total. I have documentation confirming my order and payment.

I initially found BioBlue through Facebook and was subsequently moved into a WhatsApp group. The company advertised the product as retatrutide and represented it as genuine.

Their marketing was very persuasive. They regularly posted before-and-after photographs showing people who had supposedly used their products and achieved significant weight loss. These photographs and testimonials were presented as evidence that the product worked and gave me confidence that I was purchasing genuine retatrutide.

After using the product as instructed and increasing the dosage as advised, I eventually reached 10mg per week and experienced no noticeable effect whatsoever.

Another customer from the WhatsApp group privately contacted me and told me she was experiencing the same thing. When another customer subsequently raised concerns about the lack of effect in the group, I agreed and said that I was experiencing the same issue.

I was immediately removed from the WhatsApp group.

That was a major red flag for me and prompted me to investigate further.

I subsequently discovered that some of the people featured in BioBlue’s promotional before-and-after material were connected to the company and had described themselves as BioBlue ambassadors. This made me seriously question the way these testimonials and photographs had been presented to customers and whether they could reasonably be regarded as independent evidence of the product’s effectiveness.

I contacted BioBlue’s sales team by email and gave them the opportunity to address my concerns and resolve the matter. I received an initial response, but after my second email I received no further response, despite giving them seven days to reply.

I have also subsequently found multiple other customers reporting similar concerns about the products they received.

I reported my experience to my bank, Monzo, who investigated the payment and formally concluded that I was the victim of Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud. Monzo refunded £69 of my £169 payment, with the remaining £100 currently being challenged through their complaints process.

This has been an extremely upsetting experience. I trusted the representations made by the company, paid £169 of my hard-earned money and was left with serious concerns about whether the product I received was what I had been led to believe I was purchasing.

My advice to anyone considering ordering from BioBlue is to do your own thorough research and not rely solely on the company’s testimonials, before-and-after photographs, ambassadors or claims about its products.

I would strongly urge BioBlue to properly address the concerns raised by customers rather than simply ignoring them.

One star because zero isn’t an option.

I use this company before and they were okay, but since returning, I bought 60 MJ and I can't feel any effect from the product. I've had the real thing before so I know that it's not right it's doing nothing and it's like taking water. I've emailed them but they never responded back. Absolute rubbish.

Avoid at all costs terrible run company receive an empty envelope after paying over £150 constantly chasing up with emails and being promised of replacement but still nothing 2 weeks later

Avoid at all costs - total con artists. Dodgy product and even worse communication and customer service. Paid £90 to receive an empty envelope- over a week of chasing for a replacement or refund and zero communication from the company. Save your money and buy from a credible supplier

Been on R for 4 weeks so far haven’t noticed any change in appetite. Am giving 2 starts because i will be continuing, I’m trying to give benefit of the doubt at the moment…
Customer service is pretty poor also as the guide for the dosage is pretty vague and when I emailed they said they can’t help me ??
