10 Days Waiting & Counting for Customer Service
Still waiting on my customer service call back when I'm next in line from 10 days ago. Suspension system identified on their website and every vendor's website as fitting my make and model patently DOES NOT. Now that I'm this far in it's obvious in the product photos it won't work. It is for a different vehicle but no one will admit it or fix it. My vendor purchased from another vendor. Neither seems able to connect with Bilstein either. So it's full on evasion or asinine statements that it "should" fit but not a solitary solution offered. I even sent them photos of the correct parts (obvious in an install series for the exact same vehicle) versus the ones they sent plus photographs the vehicles and how what they sent doesn't and can't work. For what it's worth ChatGTP fully agrees it's wrong and for some other variant. As for the instructions and other written material sent...designed to cover a million systems and still utterly worthless. With a company like this I don't care if the product is first rate (which of course I can't confirm or deny since it doesn't fit). I'll shop elsewhere.
