Everything was OK (bike, delivery time...) but the website gave some problems in the purchase process, declining my credit cards several times. During somedays, all the charges of my declined operations were taken from my accounts. As they were only reserved by banks, at the end of the week they made me a full refund.

The fit is snug, giving the best transfer of energy from hand to wheel when combined with the excellent grip pattern which covers half the palm-side of the hand, in the most effective areas. The cloth used for the body of the gloves is very warm, which I for one really appreciate this freezing winter; however low the air temperature may have been my hands have never been cold. I reckon the life-span of these gloves will be no better than average, but at the price and taking account of their efficiency I have to say these are the best wheelchair gloves I have ever used.

Ordered a bike there courier let them down but they pulled out all stops to find another courier so that the bike reached me on time.. Great; and bike superb and well packaged.. This is the 2nd time I have used them and will use them again and recommend them.. Such a good review you probably think I am not a genuine customer! but I am and think good service should be praised.. GREAT and COMPETITIVE prices..

The customer service I received was brilliant, after a misunderstanding due to paypal I went direct to their site and reordered. The bike arrived promptly and was simple to assembe, with tools provided as well as complimentary reflectors and a bell which was a nice touch. The bike itself is a decent one, and very good value too.

Had not heard of website before so read all reviews thoroughly before ordering. Easy to order, had email confirming order, then another with tracking number and bike arrived 3 working days later. Have had a quick look at it in the box but not assembled yet - have to put on pedals, etc. but looks okay at first glance. Can't wait for hubby to put it together so I can get out on it!

Ordered a bike for my daughter's birthday, then realised I would not get it because of the Christmas holiday. I emailed bikesdirect and they pulled out the stops to dispatch it when they were closed! Customer service does not get much better than that. The bike arrived early, was the cheapest I could find on the Net, and my daughter loves it. Very pleased.

The scooter was sent to my work address. I wasn't there to receive it. Instead a receptionist took it on my behalf. Unfortunately the box was badly damaged which is less than ideal as it's an Xmas present. I would have normally sent it back but was worried I wouldn't receive the replacement on time.
Also, being charged £9.95 for this privilege is a rip off. Charging the same delivery amount for a child's scooter compared to a much larger and heavier bicycle is far too much. You aren't told this until virtually the last thing as you click through placing your order.

Ordered at 7pm and recieved it two days later, earlier than stated which is great. Would highly reccommend using this company.
