From Hull to Tottenham for BTS
Went to watch BTS at Tottenham and used Big Green Coach to get from Hull and back.
The drivers, Lewis and Gary, were fantastic. They were friendly and funny and took great care of all us passengers, keeping us informed on what was happening etc.
Would definitely use again.

I booked a concert and travel as birthday suprise for my husband when bus travel confirmation arrived it was in my name not my husband's who is going to be the passenger I sent an email via the link explaining and within a minute I had new confirmation in my husband's name very quick extremely professional service highly recommend
Good experience!
Just wanted to pass across some positive feedback from the two drivrers doing the Newcastle -sunderland- Middlesbrough route to my chemical romance yesterday. I felt properly looked after and safe. They kept the coach clean, drove fantastically and were honestly the friendliest coach drivers I've had the pleasure of experiencing. I'd happily use big green coaches again if I got those two! Coach was nice, clean and comfy and kept at a good temperature. Very prompt too. So much better than expected.

I am extremely impressed with the communication I received from Layla, I emailed in requesting a change I accidentally booked wrong, within 2 hours I received an email from Layla saying she has sorted this and sent me a new confirmation, I couldn’t highly recommend enough. Thank you so much for your help and will be using big green coach’s in the future as well.

Really helpful people im not used. To tickets and I bought a admission and travel to eddfest ironmaiden knebworth and the coach travel was very reasonable thank you BGC highly appreciated and recommend them.
Shocking driver
Coming back from London on the 7th from the bts concert our diver was a joke. Yes there was a lot of delays at first but then the driver decided to, off his own back cut through sheffield when not needed. He laughed and joke on a call to someone on a phone about it. Then pulled up at a second rest stop. When confronted by a passenger asking why he took us through sheffield he lied and said there was a road closure she asked him what time will we be in Leeds for and did not answer until she and others asked he said have his break... again so around half 5. It was quarter to 4. She asked why it would be so late he rudely snapped at her and said "if she didn't like it then she should of driven herself " then he would leave for his break just repeating about his break that he had already had. Other passengers had to get him to go for break. He took his sweet time so much so that the lady he shouted at got an uber that was 6 minutes away and left before we did. He was on his phone talking to people all the time and wasn't paying attention. He even asked a customer from Chesterfield if this was the right way. You want to be rid of this driver. It's a shame because on the way there (different driver) it was fine.

Dependable
This year will be my 3rd year using BGC for Bloodstock festival. The coach has always turned up on time and got me to my destination in relative comfort, the drivers have always been friendly and accommodating which has been especially helpful as I travel solo to meet friends at the event so every bit of extra help sorting my gear out is appreciated.
This year I’ve had to reschedule my travel and the customer service responded within an hour or so and managed to fix my issue immediately with little fuss.

Booked BGC to go see Wolf Alice at Finsbury Park, July 2026.
Departure time was 0720. By 0820 still no coach and no contact from BCG. Finally got through to their phone line and they organised some taxis to get us up there (to be fair this actually got us there quicker than the coach would have as no additional stops)
For the return journey, there was actually a coach waiting (surprise) which we erected told would go to Guildford and Portsmouth before Southampton.
For some reason the driver went right past Guildford without stopping to drop people off. When it was pointed out he got a bit arsy about it before realising he was wrong and detouring back on a long loop that took at least 30 minutes.
In addition to this for some reason the toilet on the coach was locked so by the time we got to Southampton there were a lot of uncomfortable passengers.
Would I use BGC again?? Not sure - it would seriously have to be the best option for getting to a gig to do so (i.e exorbitant train fare, no car parking available at the venue) for me to consider it

We used Big Green Coach for a recent trip to Wembley and it made our day so easy & stress free!
Collected on time, dropped off at our destination on time & given clear information about where to meet our driver after the event.
The event finished at 10.20pm and we were back on the coach by 10.30pm. A very easy journey.

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would.
We booked the Birmingham to London Stadium coach for Metallica on the 5th of July.
Our coach back was advertised for 11pm. We get to the coach and the driver tells us he won’t be leaving until 11:30 as he needs a break. Fair.
Other people get on the coach and he tells them later times. He tells others 11:50. At just before midnight, we finally went on the way.
However, at 1am we broke down just outside Luton. The drivers’ behaviour was absolutely disgusting. He didn’t speak to any of us (over 80 on the coach). No announcements. Nothing.
We had to ask him what was going on, he was sat on his phone watching videos. We asked if another coach would be coming. He said he didn’t know as “not his problem. I’m just the driver”. We sat there for three hours until 4am when the coach was miraculously “fixed” by an engineer. Again, no announcements from the driver. He didn’t say a word the whole time apart from when people demanded to know what was happening.
We eventually got to Birmingham at just after 5am. After leaving for London at 11:30am the previous day, this is absolutely disgraceful.
I understand that things happen, however, the drivers lack of care and respect was absolutely disgraceful. He should have been making announcements for us to know what was happening. I will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs.
Shambles
The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because we eventually got to the concert and back home.
Our coach was around 1 hour 15 minutes late Birmingham to Wembley. but the delay wasn’t the main issue – it was the complete lack of communication. Around 50–60 passengers were left waiting while being given conflicting information, with some told the coach had already left while others were told it was 5 or 15 minutes away. A simple text update every 15–30 minutes would have avoided so much confusion and frustration.
The driver who eventually collected us had come in on his day off and was excellent, so this isn’t a criticism of him. The problem is the organisation.
The return journey was just as chaotic. We had two different drivers, the first spent much of the journey on a phone call and even said he didn’t have his licence. Whether he was joking or not, that’s not something passengers should hear. We then sat at the services for around 30 minutes waiting for another driver. I understand driver rules but that wasn’t the issue it was the disregard for passengers with limited updates.
A proper ticket scanning/check-in system and basic communication would transform the customer experience. Instead, what should have been a simple coach transfer for a 3-hour concert became a 16-hour day. Great idea, but the execution was a complete shambles.

Used BGC for Harry Styles at Wembley Stadium on 3rd July. Coach driver was super friendly, turned up at our pick up point (Coventry) 45 mins early so we all had plenty of time to go and get drinks & snacks before getting on the coach! Coach was so clean and the air con on there was an absolute blessing 🤣 was great that the driver let us leave stuff on the coach to save us carrying jackets around etc. he was very thorough at making sure we all had our coach bay number written on our phones, and also that we had taken a pic of the registration plate to help us get back on the right bus afterwards!
Coming out of the concert was super easy, less than 5 min walk and we were back on the coach! They don’t leave until 11:15pm so plenty of time to make it back without having to miss any of the last songs which we loved!!
Could not have had a better journey, we are now in the process of booking for another concert we have at wembley in August!
Booking process was super easy and we were so happy with the price, cheaper than trains!! Customer service are so quick to respond to emails and were more than happy to answer my (many) questions before I booked🤣 10/10 experience, very happy 👏

If I could put no stars I would. Awful experience from the start. 95 mins late. The coach driver got lost. We then had to walk 10 mins to where he was to get picked up. This was only communicated through someone who was on the coach to her sister who was waiting with us. We were lucky as no one from Big Green Bus communicated with us.
No air con
No working toilet, no running water
Pick up after the show was just as bad. Ticket stated pink car parking and driver confirmed as we got off. Went to get the coach after show and couldn’t find it. I had my 13 year old daughter with me for her first concert ever who is very anxious.
I had to ask for help from a parking attendant who told me the coach was somewhere else as the Big Green Company hadn’t done the paperwork.
Spent 10 mins walking down all sorts of side roads trying to find this coach.
I have an inflammatory arthritis condition which means I cannot stand for long periods or walk for long periods. I chose the coach as I thought it would take that pressure off of walking to trains and tube stations as we would be picked up and dropped off at the stadium.
My back is in agony today.
Definitely won’t be using again.
Great Customer Service
The level of service from BGC and Diego has been fantastic. My query was resolved within an hour. Amazing service. I called up in a panic but Diego was friendly, reassuring and so efficient. This is my second time using BGC I was really impressed the first time and even more so now!
Awful awful company that discriminates against disability
DO NOT USE!! THEY LEFT TWO YOUNG WOMEN ABANDONED IN LIVERPOOL FOR THE NIGHT! Especially if you have any kind of disability and cannot literally run to catch the coach. They don't properly communicate where they pick up and they straight up ignored my accessibility request and an email to their customer service. The driver was super rude to my wife when she attempted to hold them so I could get on. You do NOT save money when you're left abandoned and have to fork out over £100 because of them! DO NOT USE!!
Danny was amazing
Travel to and from My Chemical Romance in Liverpool. Danny was amazing, really great communication and made sure everyone who got to the stadium came back on his coach. It was a double decker but for a short journey from Manchester it was comfortable. Would recommend as it takes the stress out of running for a train or paying out the nose for an uber.
