I had such a wonderful experience with Bifties. The gift needed for a speaker needed to be received by a certain date and time, and I was late in ordering it HOWEVER they worked it out!

The item I initially wanted was out of stock but I was offered an email notification to inform me when the item was in stock again. Once the Item was in stock I was notified. When placing the order, I emailed Customer Service with a question and received a response within 24 hours. Quicker than I expected. I placed my order and the item was at my house before I had a chance to track the item and wonder when it would be received. The service and item ordered were great.

We loved our experience with Bifties! I ordered 15 boxes for a corporate event and I cannot say how pleased I am. I bought a Bifties box for my aunt for Christmas and she loved it! I loved the customer service experience. I received prompt communication from the customer service team about the need to switch a product I chose.
