Betts Metal Sales Bewertungen

Super quick delivery ordered Sunday received Tuesday

Avoid this company. When mistakes are made with precious metals they can be very costly. Both financially and also to ones reputation, particularly when wedding rings/customer orders are involved. Betts have consistently failed to deliver on quality but most disappointingly on customer service.... Or lack of it. From the staff on the shop floor to senior management I have had consistent problems. Orders have been sent out scratched and poorly finished, orders have even been completely incorrect from the items that were supposed to be dispatched. Betts have sent numerous parcels to the incorrect address even though senior management assured me that would not happen again.... Yet it has.
A awful company that will damage your reputation. I have had to let customers down as betts could not deliver on quality and service Avoid.

Betts always have what I need for my personal comission work and for the Rachel Hearne Jewellery school students. Their customer service is excellent and pricing is very competitive. I have been using them for over 15 years - great company.

excellent service ,very competitive ,special mention for Julia very helpful goes the extra mile to help customers.

Great company to deal with delivery is on pint and products amazing

Ordered online,& product was delivered promptly & well packaged.

Great products and speedy delivery. Thank you. Will be purchasing from you again.

Great price and quality on wire and sheet metal, accurate cutting, plus good delivery times.
Minimum spend for free postage is higher than some places but the wide range of products and competitive prices makes reaching that easy and very worthwhile.

As always, great product at competitive price and outstanding customer service. How can you improve on that?

BETTS were very fast on delivery. That's the good. However, for my second order, a few days later it transpired they had no stock of some and had advertised some non-existant items. An email picked up when I was tired (and grouchy) offered to send what was immediately available. That email suggested those items were or would be in the post and that I should pay "now" (I clearly hadn't remembered I had "pre-ordered" to be paid by card.) Confused by that email I ended up paying twice which thankfully was, eventually, refunded.

Excellent customer service.

Very friendly and helpful to a new customer.
Arranged purchase and delivery over the phone

Fantastic service. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful and friendly from all the teams; sales, refining and accounts. I would highly recommend.

Always helpful and reliable

Great service from Betts. Really fast delivery and all items in stock. Will use again. Many thanks.

Betts Metals had been recommended to me. I checked and found their silver prices better than anyone else. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and it arrived first thing this morning. I could not have wished for better.

The delivery cost for the small item that I purchased was only £2 which I thought was very reasonable.
The item arrived very quckly and it was top quality.

Fair prices, great communication, and fast delivery.
My go to for jewellery supplies. Thank you
