Tried Betts for GRS engraving tools in UK and they fulfilled a back order ahead of schedule. Any questions were very clearly answered and followed up.

The efficiency of receiving my ordered goods. Had a little chat and was on my way. It’s all good!

I always get great service at Betts. I bought some tools from the front desk today, it was an efficient and friendly experience.

Very nice people and easy to deal with. Ordered a 1oz SMO bar which was made and to me in a week and whenI requested a Betts 1oz bar that they don't make any more the nice lady had one made especially for me.
Would highly recommend them to anyone in the precious metals world.

Very helpful service and conversations with David. A pleasure to purchase from Betts and will definitely use again.

Very quick delivery and product in perfect condition with all paperwork.

plenty of sizes at a good price, returning customer, says it all.

I have never used Betts before but placed my order with them because the cost of the tools I needed was very competitive. I ordered a GRS xl micro block vice. Betts kept me informed and delivered the unit in good time. Unfortunately on checking parts two small pins were missing. Obviously not packed by the manufacture correctly. Contacted Betts who immediately took pins from another unit and posted to me by special delivery after I had a phone call from a member of staff apologising for the pin mistake. I was treated extremely well and the service was superb. Certainly buy more tools and supplies from this company again. Excellent all round.
