I got the kinky coarse wefted hair for a sew in. I’ve had the extensions installed for a month at this point.

Pro: I have 4a hair. The extensions blend in beautifully. It flat irons well and looks great with twist outs and heated styles.

Con: it sheds craaaazy. I haven’t gotten a sew in a while, but tracks are not supposed to shed like this. The hair tangles easily when dry and when I brush it out my brush is full of hair. I have to clean the hair out the brush at least twice every time.

I was "matched" with the 3c/4a clip ins and they looked very beautiful right out of the package. After washing, conditioning and applying the suggested products, the hair became very unmanageable. Very tangled even with brushing with water, conditioner or detangler, and the hair
SHEDS so bad-whether dry or wet. You have to wet the hair every morning which didn't line up with the low maintenance routine I was looking for. I gave it a 2 because it looked nice in my hair

I had a very good experience with the clip ins, natural ones. The best ever and they were 250 USD, I think it’s very reasonable for the quality. I wore them every day for like 7/8 months!!!

Regarding the wigs, I tried and was unimpressed. Waste of money.

Cheap crap.
The clip ins are made from the cheap nylon hair used for braiding. It is not good.
Don't waste your money.

It’s taking an act of Congress to return the ponytail. Emailed back and forth and now I have to send the product back to China. Had to send pictures to prove I hadn’t used it. As soon as I opened the package I knew it wasn’t going to work for me. I didn’t realize it was coming from there. Needless to say, I will never order from them again. I’m paying about $50 to get $50 back but it’s the principle. I’m not keeping this crappy ponytail.

Purchased a curly drawstring ponytail hair is in horrible condition very dry and matted very dry since purchased got asked to purchase a mousse to help it and it did nothing! Very expensive and I believe hair is synthetic also! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased the kinky coarse clip ins, they look nothing like what is advertised and i am 99.9% sure they are synthetic.

I purchased a set of clip ins and it was in my possession for 2months before I decide to install it. So I colored it with Adore it’s a semi-permanent color. After it was dried I decided to style my hair only to realized that 90% of the clips were defective. I emailed Better lengths and we were going back and forth with emails. The bottom line is that I’m still in possession of the defective clip ins and Netter lengths refuse to send me or reimburse me . I paid $147.00 just down the drain. They want me to pay shipping cost or part of the clip ins cost. Very disappointed 😡😡😢 I lost over $100 and clipins that’s no use to me at all.

Tracks exposed on ponytail and seen the opposite of each other on the ponytail. They try to meet me pay a restocking fee but this was not a customised item. It is not a clipin, it is a premade ponytail and I am not responsible for the companies manufacture problems. If they refuse to make things right and accept my return as I have not used the item, it is only upon observation, then I would have to file a claim with my credit card company.

Hair too expensive. Hair didn’t quite match like the pics on the website. Ponytail was too bulky for me (full volume). You can’t write a review directly on their website. No prepaid return labels. Had to pay expensive shipping to return to China. Thought this was a domestic business not foreign. Email communication is prompt. Hope my exchange item turns out better. Feel like I invested too much money to not be happy.
