School children
There are a lot of school kids here, who seem to use the gym more as a social spot than an actual gym, which is very frustrating as the gym is usually packed at the time adults are using it i.e. after working hours.

Massivily impressed with the new improved facilities.
Gym equipment is high end with plenty of choice and units available. The outdoor balcony where to exercise in the open air is a nice addition to the above.
Clean and tidy and good price compared to other clubs in the area.

I applied for a refund for monthly…
I applied for a refund for monthly membership, due to the health suite facilities being closed for 6 weeks. The refund has been granted within the stated 14 days and without problems. I thought this was really good service and look forward to renewing the membership in the coming months. I would just add I don't know why Leatherhead Leisure Centre chose to refurb the sauna during winter. I think that is when it is most popular.

Leatherhead Leisure Centre
This gym has had a total refurbishment and now looks immaculate. Brand new state of the art equipment wonderfully laid out. They have also refurbished their studios and the floors are perfect for classes of all kinds and the air conditioning works very well.
I saw people of all age groups enjoying their gym experience and this gym is a credit to the community. It was comforting to see the enthusiasm of all staff members and I also witnessed Senior Management getting their sleeves rolled up helping gym members and staff deliver an excellent service. I now use this gym as my preferred go to gym and highly recommend it.

New gym has recently been installed and has the latest new technology. So much better than the previous leisure operator. Well done GLL/Better. Also new studios are round the corner and they look amazing. So excited to see what happens in the future.

The key to your success is the internet…
The key to your success is the internet navigation. Do the links work? Are the instructions clear and unambiguous. On the whole pretty good. Well done. I navigated through it without a problem. Your verification process (reviewing my Driving license) was within 48 hours - any longer would not have been good.

Leatherhead leisure centre
Leatherhead leisure centre comes highly recommended. Yes it has a new gym but it's more than that. The fitness staff are so friendly, caring and know how to set a challenge at the right level. The regulars at Leatherhead leisure centre have become genuine friends of mine and it brightens my day each time we catch up.

Huge improvement from Fusion. Staff are very friendly, especially Abigail at the front desk who even remembers my partner Tessa and my names, and hence we are personally greeted at each visit.
