I cannot recommend Best Reception enough, I am a Foot Health Practitioner running a very busy clinic by myself, after looking and pondering an in house receptionist for some time, as my work load was becoming unmanageable, I discovered this company Best Reception through Trust Pilot, it has changed my Life & My business sales have increased. Our Podiatry Clinic in Warrington have been with Best Reception for over a month now. We dropped them straight in the deep end by going on holiday a few days after joining them. We have been using Best Reception for a few years now and have always been very impressed with the service they provide.
They are helpful and friendly to our patients who all seem happy with the call handling. Best Reception follows the script we have given them to say to patients very well and whenever there is a query they are quick to get back to us. They take feedback and amend accordingly. Brilliant company - absolutely fantastic communication from the initial phone call through to setting up the contract and beyond.
