Got this matress on the 19th of augaust as I needed a memory foam matress due to suffering with chronic pain with my back and I have to say best matress I have ever had I’m not waking up in agoney no more also the delivery guys was fantastic thay taken it up stairs to my room for me if any body needs a matress bestbeds direct is what you need

Please don’t use this company I will…
Please don’t use this company I will save you your future problems. I bought from this company 1 year ago and still have a bitter taste in my mouth. There is no warranty I tried sending the bed back numerous times and was told they wouldn’t replace it. I took the bed to the tip day 17 as myself and partner were incredibly uncomfortable and both ended up with back pain.. we get nothing out of putting our opinions out there we just want u to not go through what we did.

I'm not sure why you're still trolling us. This is the 3rd (THIRD) 1 star review you've left us for the same purchase. We we know you apparently took this to the tip after 17 days... you keep repeating yourself. Please stop trolling us. Trustpilot isn't a social media platform for trolls. It's the HOTTEST day on record and you're going through old trustpilot reviews... you're clearly a busy man.
But I'll repeat again. You purchased the cheapest mattress we sell, and we've never had any complaints regarding this mattress. Do a search on our site, organise the results by price and you'll see your purchase at the bottom. So I don't know why you're still trolling us.
You haven't tried sending anything back. You slept, sweated and only god knows what else on our mattress then expect us to take it back from you.
Again, please stop trolling us and take up a new hobby.

Lovely bed but disappointed with…
Lovely bed but disappointed with delivery slots. Also delivery drivers said they couldn't get the bed up the stairs and yet my son and his friend managed it with easy - a little disappointing.

For your order we offer customers a choice of any day for delivery from Monday to Friday which we book in with you directly. You then get an automated 3 hour delivery window the evening before and a call when you're the next delivery. This is all included for free.
Regarding the crew not being able to get the bed up your stairs; there is only so much risk a delivery team will take inside someone else's home in case this results in damage to walls or paintwork.
We are happy to hear you're happy with the bed.

Worse orthopaedic mattress I’ve ever had. Do not buy. This is meant to be a firm mattress and is everything but. It’s soft & bouncy. Customer service is shocking. I do not recommend these people. Have tried to return and emails have been ignored.
***Edited*** your reply is a complete lie, I have sent you numerous emails claiming I do not want the mattress and you have choose to ignore them but have the time to reply to a bad review. My review is not a lie I have no reason to lie. I replied to the 3 Emails you sent and I provided everything you asked for, but as soon as I say I do not want it and would like my money back with I’m very much entitled too you have ignore me. So yes, your customer service is disgusting.

This review refers to the purchase of a budget coil sprung mattress.
You emailed us a dozen times vehemently claiming to have received the wrong mattress. However, when asked to send us BASIC information you refused to do so. This isn't the behaviour of a customer who has received the wrong mattress... We disagree with your comments about our customer service; we have been in contact with you multiple times a day for a week.
There are only so many times we can ask you the same questions and you not answer them. Very strange.
This is the first time we've had a customer make up a story about receiving the wrong item even in the age of photos...
If we sent you the wrong mattress we would have swapped it. The item you ordered online is the item you have received.

Double divan and mattress purchases at a very reasonable price. Quality of the products is very good. Delivery was fast and communication from Best Beds customer services I have to say was excellent. I would certainly recommend this company and I would definitely be a return customer in future.
