Do NOT ever do business-SCAM
Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever do business with this company!! I ordered a dress and cancelled it within the 24 hour period that their cancellation policy stated. It has been over 3 weeks and I have sent numerous emails to them requesting a response. After not hearing from them, I tried another tactic (twice)- I sent an email asking them to help me with sizing before I ordered. Wouldn't you know, I received an immediate response! When I replied to say the real reason I was contacting them, crickets. Haven't heard from them in a week now. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute the charge and the BBB to report them. If negative stars could be given, that's what they would get. BUYER BEWARE- DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T WARN YOU!!
UPDATE: I used the chat and they are useless. I will be forwarding all my emails and chats to my credit card company and I will be filing a fraud claim.

Gave one star because 0 stars isn’t an option. I paid expedited shipping and took so long I asked for a refund and to cancel. Of course they refuse to refund, no phone # to call. Eventually got the dress ands it’s nothing like the picture. Much different shade of dress and not nearly the detail the photo showed. And it’s cheaply made. The dress we got looks like we bought it at the dollar tree. Now fighting with them to return it for a full refund, and their excuse is different computer screens make the dress look different than the actual dress. 🤬 I normally read reviews and this time I didn’t and it bit me in the ass! DO NOT order from them! Put them out of business!!

Berlinnova, did not answer any of my emails, so I had to message there help center on there website ( The little blue icon that pops up) But the live chat bots on there helped out a lot. Order your dress three weeks prior, I ordered my prom dress April 8th 2024 and it came in April 29 2024. They do not meet there shipping expectations but the dress is absolutely beautiful and fits amazing.

Just canceled our order for my daughter's prom dress we've been waiting to ship for almost 3 weeks now. They refused a refund stating their "policy", even though they didn't ship the dress when promised. That's why you use a credit card. Horrible company, buyer beware!

I asked for a refund week before they said it has been shipped. I don’t want the dress I found different one her prom is Saturday. Just don’t order from here unless you do it months before so you can meet shipping dates and not stress like a lot of of have.

My prom is soon. Where is my tracking number!!
While Berlinnova has replied to my emails, it is the same message every time from their customer support. I NEED to know when my dress will be shipped because my prom is April 20th. I ordered on March 9th and there has been nothing but “we are working on expediting it” please give me another answer than just that. I need it to ship within the next 2 days or I’m screwed.

I ordered my dress March 13 to ensure that my dress would be here on April 12, prom day and now i'm extremely worried because based on their shipping policy, I was sure my dress would come in time but now after emailing and getting no response, I'm pretty sure i'm not getting this dress. Here we are on March 27 with 3 emails sent asking for an update, with no responses. My last email stated I would be contacting PayPal for a refund. The next day, my order confirmation had a fake tracking number that for over a week now says "tracking number cannot be found". Unless you have at least 6 months to wait on this company, shop elsewhere. Also, forget trying to use the website's online chat. It always says "we are away right now". We can't review the dress quality, because we have no dress. So disappointing.

I am beyond furious with this damn service I've received from Berlinnova. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered my dress on February 16th and my prom starts on April 20th. My dress is still labeled as "prepared" and has not shipped out yet as I type this review. Not only that, they blatantly ignore emails and they also have the audacity to completely disregard their own shipping and processing policies but they are so quick to respond when it comes to refunding and cancellation. I know my dress will not arrive on time, so I requested a FULL refund but they refuse to give me a full refund because I have to cancel my order within 24 hours to get a full refund, which is ABSOLUTELY infuriating. It's like they take pleasure in causing their customers endless frustration and disappointment.
They are so damn quick to snatch that money but when it comes to their shipping and processing policy, they do not live up to their policy. It's a blatant money grab, and it's downright despicable. They are all bots replying to you.. they repetitively say the same things.
This level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and the hassle. Don't waste your time or money on this joke of a company. There are plenty of other businesses out there that know how to treat their customers with respect and dignity. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster waiting to happen.
