Ordered March 27th, no updates on when we will recieve. Just automated responses via email containing zero information. Prom April 28th and nothing as of yet. I should have read these reviews before placing an order. Horrible customer service.

I ordered on March 21st with the understanding it would take 7-12 business days to process my order. I bought two dresses because I liked them both so much I wasn’t sure which one I would want to wear for my event. I stayed patient and understanding that sometimes these things take time to make and ship. As my event neared I sent an email asking for an update because I still hadn’t heard anything. They emailed back stating they were still in process but almost ready to ship and they would ship in a few days. That was on April 1st. I emailed again asking for an update on April 3rd. No response. Again emailed on April 6th because I didn’t get a response. Emailed again today April 12th TWICE. no response. At this point I’m not going to be able to make it to my event I was SO excited to attend. I put a lot of hope and faith into these dresses arriving, I was incredibly excited to get them and feel beautiful in these dresses and I’m extremely disappointed and feeling let down. There is no form of effective communication happening on their end and they don’t care about you receiving the dresses you paid for in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor, order elsewhere. Do not put your trust and faith into this company. You will be let down. At this point I’m not even sure I’ll be receiving the dresses or getting my money back when I paid over 300 dollars for two dresses. It’s criminal.

I just ordered from this website and got the expedited shipping. I have prom April 28th and expected it to be here before, but after reading these reviews I am worried I wont get it in time and should just cancel my order and go somewhere else. Ordered the dress on March 27th with expedited shipping order # WBBLNUS32471. The company explanation of handling a processing time is a farce. The company is supposed to be located in the US as stated on their website, which I am finding it is not. Take it from me
( PoliceDetective Sergeant for 27years) this company is a fraud when it comes to delivering your product in a timely manner. Offering expedited 3-5 day shipping is a fraud and they know this. They are misleading people into thinking their dresses will arrive in 3-5 days. Que, their automated response in 3,2,1...

Update: 4/12/2023, company sends me their automated response just like everyone else pointing out their fraud. Others that included their order # that ordered their dresses up to 10 days after me received responses with the expected delivery date being soon. My dress was order March 27th which was 16 days ago. This tells me they have not even shipped it yet! I ordered this dress expecting it to be shipped from the US, not China. I ordered it 19 days before prom! My order #WBBLNUS32471 has not even been shipped yet. I paid for 3-5 days shipping. Thankfully my credit card company will reimburse me for this fraud!

I absolutely agree with the majority of the below poor reviews based on delivery. It must be very tiny print or somewhere I did not see about production taking 10-15 business days and then it ships. I don’t think this company understands that when someone wants expedited shipping, they want the item as fast as possible because they have an event where they need this item. My daughter is now in the same boat as all these other girls who reviewed about the dress likely to not arrive on time for Prom! You need to have bold red print or something to be sure before a customer places an order, they can check the calendar to see if this production+shipping times will meet their needs

This company's dresses are amazing! I found the perfect dress for my formal event and it fit like a glove. The cut was so flattering and the material was high quality. I felt so confident and beautiful all night long.

I ordered my dress Yesterday (4/7/23) I was supposed to get an email and never did. I ordered my prom dress about a week ago (order number WBBLNUS32971) and only received a confirmation about that it was ordered, and I even paid for their express shipping. Before I ordered the dress I checked the reviews of the website to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed, but now looking back all of those reviews must’ve been fake. I emailed them a bit ago about my order and looked on the website to see if I can just cancel the order but there was no option. absolutely never using this website again.

I placed and order on March 18,2023 and it has now been 12 days and I have not heard anything yet, I also paid extra money for faster shipping within 3-5 business days. I have spoke to Adrian and Karen and there where no help at all. I have never seen a company that does not have a customer service number. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered my prom dresses from this company on March 20th. I paid extra for express shipping as well. I have received no shipping email whatsoever. I have emailed the company twice & no response. It is April 3rd, my prom is April 22nd & I am extremely worried my dresses will not arrive in time.

This place is very unreliable. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received my dress. I emailed them asking the status on my dress, no answer. Can’t even track it either. Very disappointed, caused nothing but stress

Ordered on March 12. No word yet on shipping as of 4/1. Reading these reviews, it will be awhile if it ever gets here. Tried to cancel but was only offered shipping costs. So you take money, don’t ship the dress 20 days and counting, and won’t offer a refund? Wish I’d come here to read reviews before ordering. Prom is in 2 weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The dress arrived, it was “sparkly” which was not apparent from the images online, nor the description, the ties in the back were uncomfortable. I emailed and asked to return the dress. They emailed back and asked for the size and photos of the dress. I emailed the requested info back. Then they emailed back a link to their return policy. They said i could ship it back but that unless I followed several more steps it would get rejected by the warehouse. I offered that if they sent me a label they could deduct the cost of shipping from my refund - denied. Too complicated - i will just find someone to give the dress to.

I emailed asking where it was. Received the dress and it is damaged. Flowers are hanging off of it. They told me To find a local seamstress to fix it…. Ummm no. I just spent $200 I’m not paying someone to make it wearable. They will not refun my money without me mailing the dress back to them first at my cost…. Which is around $200. They are refusing a refund. Save yourself the hassle.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress on 3/14/2023. It stated that the dress would arrive in 6-10 days. The prom is tomorrow and still no dress. When I emailed customer service they gave a tracking number that could not be tracked through USPS! Now I must miss work to go an buy another dress last minute for tomorrow. I would not recommend buying a dress from this vendor unless you give them a couple of months to deliver. I will 100% be canceling my order and sending the dress back!!!!!! I will never shop with them again. On the other hand my other daughter got a beautiful dress from Amazon that was ordered after we ordered from Berlinnova and we got it a week ago, not to mention it was much cheaper. Be advised, there is no way to speak to customer service, just an email and half hearted responses. I will be sharing this experience with my 5,000 plus follwers on social media as well. Ordered a prom dress. The site states 6-10 business days for shipping, nothing about processing. It’s been 19 business days, almost 4 weeks, and still no tracking number. Emailed asking about it and they said they would expedite it. Another week went by and I requested cancellation due to not getting it soon enough. They responded they can only refund my shipping cost. They haven’t even processed my order. Very disappointed.
