The lads in the shop were FANTASTIC and very helpful.

Ordered in Workington branch with the sales staff aware that I needed the mattress before February 10. I kept receiving messages that order is due to be delivered on time until one day (last Friday), it says delivery will be further delayed. Called in to ask how long it will be delayed for and the distribution team said it will be further delayed for 20 more days. I called online to cancel order but they said to call the store instead since it was not an online order. Called the store 11 days after the order was placed to cancel the order. I asked if I needed to physically go into the store to cancel the order and what requirements I need to bring. The agent I spoke to said I do not need to physically go to the store because the manager or asst manager can just cancel it. I told him I will be working for days and may not catch him and said he will take a note of this as his manager will be back the next day. Three days after have not heard from them so I called again the store to ask about the cancellation. The lady this time said I have to ring back tomorrow because the manager is away. She also said unfortunately they need to keep 20% of the order. My order with Bensons is still pending cancellation.

We have bought from Bensons before and know we are always going to get the best advice fro. The great staff
