Went in to choose a mattress wasn’t sure what firmness’s l needed. The sales person suggested I try there demonstrate bed which shows where you need the support most. It starts from extra firm right through to medium. I tried three mattresses decided on firm. As l am on a limited budget sales person showed me the mattresses in my price range. The hole process was very quick would highly recommended Bensons to friends and family.

We found that the range of choice for divan designs, finishes and headboards was excellent.
Also the mattress range appeared to cater for all sleeping positions, and their software covered any long standing physical issues you may have.
Delivery choices were good [about 6 weeks] and did not get varied subsequently.
Finally the delivery team were efficient and helped with additional tips as we were assembling ourselves.

We were shown a full range of mattresses and were assessed on their testbed for our firmness preference. We selected and paid for the mattress and disposal of our old one. We received our new mattress on the date given and are delighted with it and the service provided.

Super helpful!!! Nadeem (the sales manager when I was in the Watford brand) explained all options and was happy to spend time with me in the shop. When I was ready to place the order, we thoroughly went through all options again, he used all promotions available to keep me happy and I left the shop as a very satisfied customer. All of that, in the aspect of service. My order will be delivered in a months time, so as far as the product itself , I can only review when this will be delivered.

Having shortlisted a few beds online, we visited the store to see our choices in person and make an informed decision. Sales staff were very helpful and showed us around our selections, describing features in detail. Sales process was quick and painless, and we ended up paying less than the advertised online sale price. Great experience.

Waited 14 weeks still no delivery date ,we ring up leave messages no one rings back the worst service i have ever had would not recomend bensons for befs

We had a very good salesman who took us through all the specifications, how the ottoman bed worked, and showed us the matching side cabinets which we bought too. Had to put the bed together ourselves which was a bit tricky and the instructions weren't as easy to navigate as they could have been, but we're very happy with how everything looks and feels.

Objective advice, recommended short list of options best suited to our needs, we did not need to go elsewhere to shop around
