Choosing a mattress
From the original phone call ( I couldn't attend the show room) to recycling my old mattress the whole experience was amazing. Éveryone was so helpful understanding professional and caring, I felt listened to and valued as a customer. And the mattress is brilliant too. Well done and thank you. Nice store and staff but not expert
The sales staff were very friendly and patient but did not offer a sleep consultation and didn't ask whether I sleep on my side or back - and this has a huge impact on which mattress you choose. I had bought a mattress from Bensons 18 months earlier which proved very unsatisfactory and, having done some research online, found that this - and the mattresses recommended on my previous visit - were definitely not ideal for those who sleep on their side. If I had bought either of the two suggested for me in store I would have finished up with the same problem!

Great hassle free experience
Both the delivery men were polite, speedy and at all times professional they are a credit to Benson Beds. Both removed their shoes and cleared away all the packaging you wouldn't even of known they had been apart from a new bed where the old one had been, well done and thank you.

Quick delivery and set-up
After being to another shop where the salesmen was pushy to get a sale headed to benson told them what I wanted and showed me where they were and left us to it until we were ready to choose great customer service. Would recommend
